    Wagerweb support sucks

    i have a wager that was misgraded two days ago... went to live chat support to get it fixed and chat cs told me i have to call phone support...

    i called them a total of 4 times throughout the day (at least two hours in between each call) and each time was told it will be fixed 5-10 mins later... each time nothing has been fixed.

    what a joke

    Good book, there support is funny sometimes:

    Parts of their website were not working

    Contact support "Parts of your website are down"

    Their response: " No they aren't"

    Just assume that I am wrong without looking

    I haven’t had a bad experience with them yet. Fingers are crossed.

    I love their cash bonuses. Lines suck, but the juicy bonuses more than make up for it.
