    Daily limits

Which books do This? I just noticed cris/bookmaker allow you to set a daily loss limit and a wager limit per day/week/month. This is huge for me I always chase plays and loose cuz I'm a sucker and mainly do it for fun. But if I ever want to take this thing seriously it would be helpful. I know that a lot of books have a deposit limit but I don't think it would be in there best interest to do what cris/bookmaker is doing. Props to these guys.

I have heard of this before. Although this is not such a common thing for books to offer as they would prefer you lose at your own speed. Our industry keeps evolving and this seems to be beneficial the customer.

It's available at all UK and Australian regulated books but you rarely see it elsewhere.

Probably gearing up to be ready for US regulation at a guess. CRIS group are smart.

I just checked my William hill account the only option they have is deposit limits which is pretty much useless.

Hmmm. You're right. Just checked Ladbrokes and just a daily deposit limit too.

Something must have changed as I am pretty sure the daily/weekly/monthly loss limit was added to responsible gambling codes in both countries at around the same time 2 or 3 years ago.

I recall seeing tv adverts touting that it was available and thinking at the time "look at these books turning yet another regulation change to their advantage".

Honestly, if you don’t have the self discipline to not chase losses and to effectively manage your bankroll, such band aids are not going to save you.

I get what your saying but listen I do this for fun and when I go on a roll I either get greedy and bet too much or when I go on a loosong streak i tend to get frustrated and just go all in. At least if I have this in place I can allocate it so a maximum of 4 bets each bet being 10% of bankroll. So 8 % of bankroll per day.

Tried this out today. Does not work. Contacted customer support and they said it's only for casino. Thought this was to good to be true.
