    5dimes bitcoin payout stalling tactics

Customer service has been great so far but holy hell they really try everything they can to stall you.
    First authorize 2FA on account
Then send a copy of drivers license
Now they have to “review” withdrawal
Then they will send me a email I have to answer questions to
    Then they will process.
Every time I complete a step they tell me 24-48 hrs.

What a pain in the arse for a 3 figure wd

been there well over 10 years never needed any proof, last payout same thing happened. it's fine. I get it. not stalling. just want to be sure you are who you say you are. payout was delayed 1 day.one time I'm sure.

Did you happen to win soon after a deposit? I noticed they did this quite often to stall especially if you just played casino...

Is this your first withdrawal from them? The first one always takes a while because of the verification steps which become unnecessary down the road. All my payouts from 5Dimes are smooth 1-2 days max.

So I went through all of the bs verifications which each one takes 24-48 hrs. And just as I knew would happen, they cancelled my wd because apparently the bitcoin address I was confirming I’m my email didn’t match the one I gave them 3 days ago when I initiated the Wd. They cancelled the wd and said I have to start the whole process over. Funny thing is that I won more money last night so i am now requesting a larger payout. Sucky part is have to start all the bs verification over now.

yea 48 hours is a ridculous time window for a btc payout, should be within 0-8 hours.

I use heritage and literally get payouts into my exchange within 6-8 hours from requesting the payout. I used to use 5dimes religiously but got sick of the constant bs with payouts. Gave them another chance and nothing has changed

It's all part of the business model. If stalling prevent 15% of withdrawals, they consider that a win.

I think it depends on if they have BTC available or not. Who knows what they do with it but the last time I requested a BTC payout it happened in 6-7 hours. This time I put in the request and it's been 2 days and I haven't heard a word. It's still under "review". Someone there keeps checking the request because the timestamp on their "progress" keeps getting updated.

With Heritage you request it, verify the phone text, and it's in your account within hours. The 5Dimes way of doing it is so convoluted. Karma must be on my side because I keep winning while awaiting their process to continue.

Nothing has changed on my account since the last payout so I think it's due to them not having BTC available. There is nothing else for them to be checking.

That's not even the payout, it's the review process to get to the verification process to get the payout.

Yep. 48 hours+ and not even the first email back from them yet. I understand they are probably very busy but it gets annoying after a while. It's an eye-roller.

I cannot say they intentionally stall, but --the usual these days--most want you to use Bitcoin and I do get suspicious as to why that is [seems] every Book's fav?
If you don't use their Fav, then, it open's of theories of stall-tactics. Because, there will be several business day delays and maybe a lot of processing time? This is really getting ugly. But I heard Dimes was said to have said, they are not any different than payout procedures in the past year.
    Hmm?

    * And, don't they make you wait for 30 days after your last payout, to see another one?
Though, with their Fav, that may not be the case?

Bitcoin is the offshore books favorite as it does not involve the traditional banking or money transfer system, which are subject to US laws about not transferring gambling funds, so they can freely use it without having to hide their tracks. It's also cheaper to process.

Okay, a sound method that suits Books, however, my experience of being on the other side has a couple horror stories. And I am still scared. I give until I see confirmed evidence from player's across the board. And of course, excluding OPT., who has proven himself to be a helpful watchdog for his SBR brothers, but not member's who may be getting paid to promote Bitcoin...or, is suspected of being paid to support Bitcoin.

there are horror stories with every method, just personally i have had some real nightmares... but bitcoin is the best method for withdrawals at most sportsbooks, even when it takes a few days that's still quicker and cheaper than most of the alternatives

I really enjoys 5dimes process. Its really efficient, and makes a lot of sense to have to wait 2-3 days just to confirm the request i already made on the site.

    - no one, ever.

I wish I had the answer to the difficulties you have experienced. But it really is pretty smooth for most people usually.

The books aren't trying to use it as an excuse to stall or trick you.

Also, even if you choose not to use bitcoin, the more people who do use it the less pressure on other methods that you prefer, and hopefully they are more efficient than otherwise as well.

Well, I do not believe "always cheaper," but it seems to be flowing in a healthy pace so I can only guess, some people are having no complaints.
    Me?
The last time my little use of Bitcoin was held up two plus days before being released to my****. A cost of 125 or more. That is no bargain I don't care what method you use. Sure, not the fee so much as the loss of Bitcoin value. So, I will stay will the less volatile method let let the risky gambler's try their luck.

Once you have used Heritages BTC payout system you'll never go back. 5Dimes needs to find a way to be more efficient. There is no excuse.

I just started using bitcoin for payouts and deposits and I will never go back unless forced to. Deposit is fee free and takes a matter of minutes and withdraw once approved is in my wallet within a couple hours at most. forget the check BS or the fees with **

I've used both but 5d was my primary (85% of my use). I'm moving that over to Heritage, I put in for a payout of my entire balance and I'm on hour 53 waiting for the email, it's been getting worse with every payout I make.

Once approved? How long to be approved? I was held up for 2 plus days and lost way too much of my payout in that space of time. I cannot believe so many BT members have so much satisfying experience with that method? But, keep up the positive replies, and even I--the guy from Missouri--could change his mind someday.

All all this enticement to use Bitcoin--ad's everywhere--makes me a bit uneasy. And that gun pointed to your head, if you don't use it [okay, imaginary] seems to me, merely too copacetic?

    * And older vet's; are Books being honest when they claim, these payout methods have changed little in the past few years?
Unless my memory has lost lot's of marbles, I thought--not too long ago--payouts were free most of the time and those offered methods were fairly fast and quite cheap? Not including Bitcoin of course.

Stopped using 5d and now use nitrogen full time...never looking back. No verification bs, near insta deposits and cashouts...only thing 5dimes has on nitro is live betting and teaser payouts/options.
