I made a iwthdrawal of 600eur on 19 December (on ecopayz). I am still waiting for my money. My total balance is 1448 EUR (600 withdrawal + 848 avaiable in account).

I have fully verified account and I read that I am entitled to their fast payout policy (withdrawal in less than 24eur or their give me few euros)

Live chat is talking the same all the time " your withdrawal is still on progress", you will recieve your money soon.

I dont know what does "soon" mean according to him, because they're replying it more than 10days

I wrote a complain to SBR few days ago

Don't you know how risky it is to play at books with BetConstruct software? Especially Turkish related BC books are well-known for payment delays (or even non-payment).

Most of them lack liquidity and work like a Ponzi scheme.

As long as they don't close your account or tell you that your winnings have been confiscated because of a violation of their terms or sth like that there is no reason to hit the panic button.

Just relax. If they said they pay you they probably will do so but it will take some weeks for sure.

BTW I used them both, Noxwin and Flamantis (Macabahis), both of them belong to TK Media NV. At Flamantis I had to wait 3-4 weeks for 8k but got my money in the end.

I haven't recieved any email from SBR
Noxwin answered to my emails/live chat, but they always wrote the same words " Our financial team is processing your withdraw." ; " You will receive your withdraw as soon as our team processes it." etc.

and still I haven't recieved my withdrawal (600eur from 19 December) from them

I don't know what to do? I made a lot of deposits during January (I din't see this thread). They don't want to check documents (more that 4 business days instead time frame 3), they don't answer phone, reject all payments, chat support just tell to write emails with no answers and as I understand it would be very hard to return even my deposit money. They are 10 years in the betting industry and now spoil everything. How to return money? Could anyone help with the advise? It's better to make small payouts or maybe one big and wait? Maybe someone have phone or email of chief manager. It's not normal that few days ago I deposit 1000+ Euro and can't withdraw anything...
I don't want any profit, I just want to get back my deposit money as possible quickly...

I don't now khow to speak with them. Few times I've asked them for is the time frame for KYC - 3 days was the answer. Don't worry sir - 3 days is a maximum, it's normal. Today is 5 day, no answer. Phone on their website is disconnected, chat support speak rudly and don't give any information, and no answers for my emails...

You should be more patient when you're betting at those sites. These kind of sportsbooks hardly stick to their promises.

It's so hard to be patient, when you need money and can't bet and can't withdraw. I could be patient when the bookmaker could normally answer, but they don't want to talk, to answer to email or phone, to check documents, no contact...

Yes, it's annoying but there is nothing you/we/anybody can change about it.

One more day no any answer from them. They have received my documents 4 February, chat support forward me every time to email support and almost all my emails with no answer. It was only reply that it will take no more 3 days according their time frame after this on 5 day answer "inform you that your account is still not verified and it is not possible for you to make a withdraw when you are not verified" All questions why and when are ignored by them. Phone number not responding all days. I find them in Whatsapp and my question was viewed but also with no answer of course... I need your help, what to do in this situation?

You are worrying way too much, Alex. Just give them time. As I said earlier, as long as they don't shut down your account there is little to worry about. Of course it's annoying but there is nothing you can cange about it. The time frame mentioned on their site or emails is fictitious, no one of those bookies sticks to it.

If we want to play bonus hunter with these lesser name Euro books, we have to be willing to accept their games. Delay delay delay is part of their profit strategy.

Just do your rollover, ask for your winnings to be withdrawn and move onto the next book. Dont lose the winnings or get angry. Just let them play their game. Most will eventually actually pay you within a few weeks.

Few days ago they disabled their sport section so for me this bookmaker became useless. I've 2,265.56 EUR on my account and after I asked a withdrawal for the whole amount, they suggested me via live chat to split it into more parts and ask smaller amounts. I did like this and I asked for 1/3 of it, around 755 euros. Nothing changed because my withdrawal is still pending since a week (even if Skrill is an instant payment method). Moreover they suggested me to write to their financial department via mail, but i I got no answer from them. Also they are not answering anymore to live chat as you find a long queue at any time, that never ends also if you wait the (fake) eta. This behaviour is very suspicious and weird. It's first time I withdraw from them, and for sure last time I'll play with them, if things are like this.

I think it's better for you to split in to 10 parts and every of them to wait around week
