    5Dimes Is Not That Perfect.

I know of 5dimes of being of high quality and such, which is why I just want to vent in frustration even if it's maybe petty to you guys. I don't care since I'm not looking for sympathy, just an avenue to vent.

Just to preface, everyone knows you get one specific day of the week per month for a free withdrawal, technically one Monday per month. I chatted two Tuesdays ago to request my free withdrawal after years of inactivity (I requested that Tuesday a long time ago.) The usual request time slot is 9 am to 1 pm ET as per usual. I did my request at 10:30 or 11 am ET or so and got rejected because of the limited availability of their employees and the amount of requests per day allowed. They suggest I call the next week at 9 am on the dot so I can give my withdrawal request the best chance to be approved since it's on a first come first serve basis in a very tight window of time to get the request in - with still no guarantees, I might add, as stated. So basically the first few minutes of 9 am was the tight window, I deduced, with no guarantees.

Fast forward this past Tuesday right before 9 am I put in a request to be safe and presumably got approved. An hour or so later I was sent an email request for a scanned current ID due to inactivity. Due to unforeseen circumstances (car + scanner died) I couldn't, till two days later, go the library to scan it and send it via email. Well, not surprisingly they made me wait another week to re-request that free withdrawal. My request was voided from the get go, most likely, even if I did respond right away - very, very tight schedule and such.

Now both of those was through no fault of my own since I did everything they asked me too and followed protocol. I am miffed because they can't make a simple exception/accommodation for me especially when it's on their end with their lack of follow through and tight scheduling unbeknownst to us beforehand. Call me a cheap bastard but a free withdrawal is a free withdrawal; the principle and all that. I mean how hard is it to just dish out that free payout on a different damn day rather than make me wait another week. No one is trying work the system here.

It took me venting my frustration on chat for almost a good half hour till she allowed me to do a withdrawal on tomorrow, Friday, permanently now, instead. End rant. Go easy on me, guys.

Will look into that. With the current complications with **, not dealing with them again.

Yeah, I use bitcoin to withdraw so this whole concept of having specific rules for free withdrawals is foreign to me.

I understand you might be frustrated but I don’t really see much wrong with what they did. Sportsbooks are notorious for not making many exceptions to their rules.

But it sounds like they are making an exception for you, so maybe you should be thanking them

it's frustrating but the least of evils

haven't had to deal with stuff like that in a decade, but remember it well

really surprised my account didn't get zapped back in the day the way i talked to CS when i was naive about the situation

they just send a confirmation to email two days later that you have to reply to, and then it gets sent that day

just a little bit of nonsense, not too much

We need to perform a phone verification as confirmation required to process your current Bitcoin payout request. Please let us know what is the best time to call you in order to complete this phone verification, so we can process your payment.

We will be waiting for your response in order to proceed with your payment. If we haven’t received a response within 48 hours of sending this message, your payout will be automatically rejected.

I had to do a phone verification as well. I know it sucks to send in documents and also call in , but to be honest it makes no sense to complain about it too much . Books can do whatever they want to do and it’s up to you to accept their rules or play somewhere else. Phone verification takes less than 1 minute , just will confirm your personal information.

Years of inactivity.. that's probably your issue. They'll use every single stall tactic in the book, especially for someone who isn't a regular.

Yip, was all this for a p2p payout?

Yup, p2p. That's how long I've been out of the game. Everyone is using bitcoin now. Even CS suggested that to me.
