    anyone with experience on lowvig.com?

    Hey all,

I've accumulated a few thousand on lowvig.com and am trying to process my first payout. They're "A" rated on SBR (but not on the main rating list.)

So they rejected my payout without explanation or sending notification. I know it's rejected because I logged back in to check when I didn't receive it in their timeframe. My emails asking for reason of rejection went unreturned. It hasn't been long enough to file a dispute yet (48 hrs), but they do "guarantee" fast payouts and listed payout time of 24 hours.

They only have email contact. I thought they were affiliated with BOL (same software and odds), but the BOL support folks deny any affiliation.

Anyone here have history (good or bad) with lowvig?

Lowvig is fine and generally answer emails fast.

How do you know it's been rejected? Is there a message in your transaction history?

Did you place any bets that took your balance under the requested amount before it was processed?

I might just try re-ordering a new withdrawal personally.

If you can't work it out with them shoot in a sportsbook complaint form and sbr can probably help you get it sorted out.

Thanks @Optional. I know it's rejected because it says so in the payouts section of the website. I didn't wager anything since the payout, so it could not have gone under the balance. Since the original post, I did get an email thanking me for the KYC documents and asking me to submit again. I'll submit again and hope I get it Monday as their site says they only process M-F.

Thanks for posting searanchdude. Please let us know how long it takes for you to get your money, and in general what the experience of dealing with them has been like.

I got the payout with 72 hours during the weekend, even though their site says they only process during the week. So though there was a little confusion and lack of response, I'm definitely going to continue doing biz with them. Besides the heritage low commission option, they offer the best lines I've seen.
