    Anybody ever had their account frozen at Nitrogen

    i been with them for like a couple years now and never had a problem, i reup today and they tell me my account frozen. They could have disabled my login instead of having me deposit and tell me my account under review. Just if anybody had a similiar situation happen to them?

    Yes, one or two have reported account suspensions.

    In the past it's been auto-security conditions being triggered.

    Have you recently changed IP, device, location?

    Poker seems to be another thing that triggers an account review there.

    I wouldn't worry too much. They don't have a history of being unfair.

    If you can't get it sorted out with them yourself feel free to submit a Sportsbook Complaint form.

    It's happened to me before. They said I was logging into poker from multiple accounts from the same device which I wasnt. They investigated more and it turns out I accidentally hit new account button when I was trying to log in. They realized it was a mistake and reactivated my account.

    scheduled maintenance time was over a half hour ago

    Most likely you are logging on from a different computer/IP, or you changed your password recently. And I am 100% certain you don't have 2FA enabled...

    I am dealing with this now. Haven't played In a few days, deposited then went to bet and account frozen. Been playing there for years . Pretty shitty especially since I'm reading on Reddit s bunch of people telling similar stories and ultimately having their funds stolen and accounts closed

    I am not aware of any outstanding complaints or no-pays.

    This wouldn't be yet another reddit smear campaign because they haven't given people all the forked coins they want would it?

    A "bunch of people" suddenly claiming balances stolen doesn't ring true. Let's hope it's not anyway. Would be a strange turn of events from them after 5 years in business.

    i did once. i was under a vpn. i wrote to them explaining the situation and my account was fine in less then an hour. they get triggered by ips yes, as people cannot have more then one account.

    Ohh stop..they have excellent security team...be thankful they do...i was frozen once due to traveling and new ip addresses....they cleared up in hour....just do as they request no biggie and stop the smears its not called for
