Betfair suspended account and dont payout my winnings

I would like to ask if you can advice me with Betfair problem. My account is blocked for three years and they refuse to pay 2,500 euros due to suspicious tennis bets. I am only player and speculator and therefore my bets are according to the rules and yet they do not want to communicate with me. They always just write that the investigation is running but now it is been three years. I would like to ask if somebody could help me here. I have written two times on https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/ but nobody commented it. Betfair is well rated here and therefore i suppose that they would like to discuss with me and pay out my funds. I also had many losses on my account.

Sorry silnic, there is nothing SBR or anyone else can do when a match fixing investigation is going on.

3 years is very long for one of these but the rules are that Betfair cannot tell you any info about what is going on under license terms.

What country are you in? I can give you the right bodies to make formal complaints about the process to, but thats about it really.

I am from the Czech republic and Betfair is not licensed here for one year. I would like to withdraw my funds and i put my hand in the fire that the investigation is closed for long time and Betfair wants to bully me only because the tennis players from my bets play without any penalties. Now it is even 3 and half years.

Unbelievable,3.5 years and betfair continues not to pay.Sorry Silnic but i do not think that you will get paid. And i cannot understand why they do not at least void all the bets(winning and losing bets).

That does make it a little tougher if they are no longer licensed there, but you still have options.

Gibraltar and Malta are two licence issuers Betfair have who will be used to dealing with international complaints. Even though they are not technically responsible for Czech Republic, they have the capability to check for sure if an investigation really is still going on.

    https://www.gibraltar.gov.gi/new/remote-gambling and http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

I would keep it brief and focus on pleading for them to check if there is an investigation rather than any other issues first.

You can also write to the EU Commission ODR service and ask them to look at the situation. They will usually be able to advise what local authorities might take an interest in your problem too.

And lastly, you can approach the European Sports Integrity Unit, whom Betfair should have reported any match fixing suspicions to. They wont be able to tell you much, but one thing they will do is tell you if they do not have a report from a particular book if that book is telling you so when they know its not true.

    Hope that helps some.

3 and a half year is ridiculous. Which kind of information can be revealed after 3 and a half year that could not have been revealed yet after one year of investigation?

I wish those investigations would be more transparent, at least regarding the communication between sportsbook and customer.

@OP: Do they keep your stake as well or did they refund it?
