    Sportsbook.com asks for documents to different address

    Hi,

    When Sportsbook.com requested I send in copy of ID and utility bill, they wanted me to sent it to "documents@gamingsupport.net". Anyone else feel this isn't very professional? For all I know, that domain could belong to john doe.

    Anyone who can confirm this is indeed a safe procedure?

    That doesn't add up because gamingsupport.net appears to be a web-blog? Are you sure it was an e-mail from them and not a third party?

    Found an upload form on their site now. But it looks like that address was indeed correct. Pretty amateurish imo.

    I believe thats address i sent it to when i opened my account last fall..I got paid 4-5 days after my wire request...good luck
