    5Dimes dragging their feet on withdrawals again

    did another BTC withdrawal. Has been over 48 hours. Only get the runaround on chat 'being processed' 'could be more than 48 hours'

    Anyone else having these issues?

    Ive had a new one today. I deposited over 24 hours ago and they are telling me they are having issues with their processor and won't release funds to my account. Who do I go about getting a hold of do get something like this resolved? 24 hours? 127 confirmations? BITCOIN? It should never take more than an hour.

    These guys don't have bitcoin network problems.

    This happened to me two days ago on a deposit that had many confirms already and took i think 9 hours or so to get credited. I'm wondering how they will handle my deposit from yesterday but this time it doesn't have any confirms because of bitcoin network, The first deposit they shorted me some money from full deposit this time bitcoin went up some since yesterday and I hope they add in the correct amount extra since i'm still in bitcoins. Lets see how this pans out

    3 days and counting for me, haven’t heard a thing. Last BTC withdrawal took 4 days start to finish. If they just made note in the cashier that they’re experiencing delays it wouldn’t be as irritating but when it still says a processing time of “up to 48 hours” and 3 days later it’s been nothing but silence it leaves a sour taste

    They have no problem accepting my BTC almost daily.

    But when I do a withdrawal, nothing happens. Get told on chat that since its been only 46 hours not 48 theres nothing I can do. THen that they will 'look into it and get back to me' then 'will be in touch'

    Absolute BS, especially for the effort they go to shut down an account if the BTC does not match the deposit amount.

    As other posters pointed out right now transactions are delayed involving bitcoin, heck even the SBR Betpoints Store is delayed from yesterday. If you think your bitcoin transaction has had sufficient confirmations and isn't impacted by network congestion, please request to speak with Becky via live help for an update.

    They have not even acknowledged that I have a withdrawal and still have not even sent the confirmation email for a withdrawal.

    Because 5D has more offerings than Heritage. I need both books, but am dismayed that one book can get done in 6 hours what the other may or may not in 60, namely make a btc payout

    Yeah I'm going on 96 hours with mybookie.ag. I'm on their sister site xbet.ag. These guys are giving me the run around for 5k btc and 5k wire transfer. I've been using them for a while but this is just insane. I'll be switching to heritage if I don't get this money soon. I got on a hot streak and ran it up to 15k over a couple weeks. Successfully received 5k last week no problem but struggling to get the remainder.

    Heritage has best cs and btc payouts always come by 330 central time 7 days a week...I suggeat you also try fairlay they have instant payouts plus better odds pinny cloned...I use nitro, heritage and fairlay the most with Looselines on occasion all have fast btc payouts and between the 4 meet most of my needs..

    Do you guys really think it a $$$ problem with 5Dimes? I look at their web site and think how 1990's it looks and wonder if their technological "knowledge" is that sharp. It seems they just don't put the money into their site. BTC is delayed, never been a no pay I know about but like you guys said 60 hrs vs 6.

    And if it's not that, it's the recent rash of "web site is down." It's like they're trying to keep their broken down 2001 Honda going instead of buying a new one. Why?

    Personally I'm going for ease in betting over pretty looks any day. Betdsi won't even display odds unless you adjust the screen to a certain size. Betting props at Heritage on their new layout is a cluster penetrate especially if you don't open full screen. I actually use their mobile site on my laptop just to be able to find my bets.

    Maybe 5D hold on deposits/wd because btc sky rocketing at the moment. Very shady if that is the case. They calculate your deposit at rate when you send,not current. And withdrawals at most current price. Double win. If im wrong im sorry.

    Anyone else get the runaround from them that "We sent you an email regarding your payout and you never responded, check your junk"?
    I have all emails from 5D deposits, promos, chat transcripts. But they say the reason its not being processed is becuase I "didnt respond to the payout email" That doesnt exist.

    On the bright side, 5D book to book transfers are still done very quickly. Sent 5k to Heritage in just a few hours. It does require a 1x rollover, but I'll likely get that done before the BTC would have arrived.

    5D chat gave me the runaround again all day on a simple BTC deposit.
    And caught them lying to me in chat by responding to an old withdrawal thread they were forced to acknowledge they just received. Then sent me an email at 11:55 saying if you dont reply to our email by midnight we are cancelling the transaciton and you have to start over.

    Will be posting all the chat logs with complete runaround and blatant dishonesty later. Never had a problem withdrawing until now. Until after talking to Tony. They have told me for almost a week now, they 'havent receieved my confiramtion email' When its been sent 50 times. And no other withdrawal options are available and I cannot call to confirm. Something is happening
