If that's true OP is lucky he's even getting his deposit back. Surprised they don't keep the entire balance.

Ok. It's good to know what they're accusing me of at least. I'm not connected to any other accounts, nor did I forge my personal documents. I sent them a bill, my ID, AND a picture of me holding my ID. I wouldn't even know where to begin in forging those things. This is a 100% bogus charge, and yet without telling me specifics, I'm not sure how I can defend it. They can say this to any account they wanted, and what recourse would that person(s) have? I can send any and all documents to SBR and/or gaming commission. Just tell me what I can do to prove that I am who I am and it will be done. Are there any emails you would like me to send, or any documents??? Please let me know.

Why the hell would someone sign up with fake docs? How the hell are they going to cash out? Is Merge saying that they are investigative FBI and can tell when an account is forged? WTH is that to them? If money was deposited from an account, it should damn sure be paid to that account. Why would the op want to be connected to a "ring of fake accounts?" That shit sounds shady and just their way of not paying.

If all your docs are real then this is obviously shady, but like you said whats to stop a book from saying anyone's docs are fake. If your'e able to send a selfie or do a video call with you holding your ID that should be enough proof IMO. I've played poker on merge for years and never had issues. Use the sports book occasionally and haven't had issues there either. Not really sure why they would single you out unless they really suspected something.

I was in that group of correlated parlays crap back in the day. They stole my account balance months after placing a dog/Under parlay. I was to new to even realize I had a sharp play lol.

They are a cancer to the offshore. I just added Heritage so I got a great line up of Heritage, Bookmaker, BOL and 5Dimes. They are not good books they are great books.Hope you get your money and get as far away from those creeps as possible.

we all took advantage of party pokers $50 signup bonus with no deposit back in the day as long as you were a new person with a unique phone

    these are serious allegations

this case is either closed or OP has to have his name publicized along with any other family members that have signed up near him

They are sticking by their original claim that they believe the ID documents were forged. They are unwilling to discuss further but we've pressed on how they've reached this conclusion. We understand you refute this claim and have no reason to doubt what you're saying based on the information we have. Unfortunately with blacklisted sportsbooks (rated D- to F), confiscations like this are common.

    Documents forged?
Probably a felony if true and the book does not want to expose (provide proof) of that?

The conclusion that I have come to, based on the information provided... is that the O P is scoring way to much pussy and
his being taken advantage of by a book is only karma.

Maybe OP might consider leaving some trim for the rest of us, no doubt increasing his chances of getting paid
and my chances of getting laid!

    Karma is a bitch!

Very strange situation. I've withdrawn over $100k from Sportsbook.ag throughout the course of this year and never had any issues. They have the best bonuses by far. The lines suck but with the bonus it makes it better than Heritage or other low vig sites.

I know they had trouble in the past getting people paid by check but since bitcoin took off they've been <24 hours to my BTC wallet on almost every payout.

I'd trust my money with sportsbook.ag over many higher rated sites like HRW/Skybook/BetPhoenix/Betmania.

just last week you posted this, so i'm assuming these 2 were outliers... weird that someone could withdraw that much from sportsbook.ag and still be allowed to play there, unless you were making some big deposits too

    Sportsbook.ag 3k 96 hours
    Sportsbook.ag 2.5k 36 hours

I've lost about $10k on Sportsbook.ag betting on sports this year. I've probably paid twice that in rake this year too in poker. They take 24 hours usually to review payouts so one of those above payouts is still <24 hours after review.

Yeah they have screwed a handful of poker players that weren't giving any casino/sports action. If you win in poker and don't bet sports they are actually somewhat sketchy with their rulings. If I were up big on them in sports I'd without a doubt be cutoff. They used to mess with me and restrict me to one table of poker and that's when I started giving them more sports action.

I'm certainly not claiming this site is on the level of any A or B+ rated books but overall it's been alright.

Regarding OP. His first deposit was $3,300 and took a $1,000 cash bonus. Of course thats going to draw major attention. Opens an account and right away puts $4,300 down on one bet? There's definitely a chance that Sportsbook just took a shot at him and didn't feel like paying out but it's also very possible OP was not credible and did in fact send in fake documents. Who knows.

Ironically they were very easy to contact prior to bitcoin and when payouts were taking months. Then they closed down live chat around that time and it's impossible to speak to anyone there. Luckily if it's regarding a grading of a bet they respond within 24 hours but anything else it's hit or miss on a response.
