    Difficulty with 5Dimes cashout anyone?

    Anyone else having issues with cashing out at 5Dimes?

    I sent in a request 5 days ago for 6K via bitcoin, and replied to their security email 3 days ago. Didn't receive anything, so yesterday I contacted them in the morning. The Live Chat agent said they didn't receive the email, and that I should resend it. So I did and stayed on with Live Chat until she confirmed they got the email. I waited until about 10:30 pm EST, and nothing, so I contacted Live Chat again. The agent said they didn't receive the email and that he doesn't know why the other chat agent confirmed they got the email, because they never got it. So I should resend it, which I did. He said hold while he confirms that they got it. After making me hold for a bit, he said yes, they have received it, but it is now 11:08 EST and they stop processing payouts at 11 pm. He said it would be sent tomorrow (which is today).

    No payment today, so I contacted them again. Here is what the Live Agent said:

    We forwarded the e-mail to the Payout team and it "got lost".
    So the department didn't process it.
    I checked with them and they found the e-mail sir.
    Now.. this is the thing.
    For payouts over $5,000 the department need management approval, and the manager is gone now.
    So it'll be pay until tomorrow sir.
    Please contact us tomorrow at 9.00 AM EST.


    Seriously?? The e-mail got "lost"?? And now the only manager that can approve a 6K payout has gone home? I feel like they are giving me the run around on this. Anyone else facing this sort of difficulty?




    11/10 update - Did not get paid. Just spoke with Live Chat at 5 pm EST.

    More likely it'll be processed today, we're really sorry for the inconveniences and as you know already due to certain circumstances the payout has been taking longer than normal to be completed.
    I already talked with the payout department and I explained to them all the problems you have had, the request will be expedited and is very likely for it to be processed today.
    I highly doubt it will be done today, but once again...further delays.

    a thread like this popped up a few days ago literally 2 mins before i planned to cashout, went and did something, by the time i got back the thread said "resolved"

    chances are you fukked it up

    Dont sound that way if you read it it's pretty straight forward they "lost" it 2 times and it's 6k not 60 bucks they have been known to do this every now and then trust me i no i used to play there.

    Still not understanding what you mean. I submitted the payout properly and never had any issues with them in the past

    It is 6K, but it's not 10K. I mean for an A rated book, you'd think they wouldn't lose emails so easily lol. Is there any action SBR can take for me?

    Didn't know there was an approval required for 5K and above. I was only informed about that today
