    Mr. A+ book William Hill, where is my $$$?

    I request a payout on October 21, 2017 using instadebit. I have cash out many time, it usually take 2 days & it literally take 30min - 2hr for Pinnacle using the same payment method.

    After 2 days have pass, I contact live help.
    Live Help: payout take 3-5 business day, so wait another 3 business day.
    Me: 5 business day have pass I have not receive my fund.
    Live Help: let me check with payment department. Your fund is stuck in the system.
    Me: did payment department fixed it?
    Live Help: I don't known, they didn't tell me but ask you to wait 3-5 business day
    Me: ok I am a patience man.
    Me: 5 business day have pass, I still not have receive my fund.
    Live Help: your fund is stuck in the system but it could be your bank side that cause the hold up.
    Me: it is not the bank, it is e-wallet & Pinncale, Sport Interaction cash out is fine using instadebit..
    Live Help: ok, let me check with payment department. We need 24-48 to investigate.
    Me: 3 days later, 72hr+ later I get nothing from William Hill or SBR. 3g is stuck in never land.
    Me: Ok going to use Lvie Help to check again. 30 min wait, no agent available. Initiate another Live Help, 30 min pass, no agent is available.
    This is SBR A+ book, I beg the differences.

    What to do?

    Thanks you Tracy, I sent in the complaint on Thursday already. Waiting SBR for help & waiting Hill to get back to me 24-48 hr but didn't hear from them after 72hr+.

    After waited for two 5 business day, they said they get back to me 24 to 48 hr, and it been 4 days nothing from William Hill. All I got is this:

    That is the last time I heard from them. It is all quiet since that email. I cash out many time, never need approval, $$$ just show up after 2 days, something is not right.

    The instadebit is 2 day cashout, always been 2 days. I hope William Hill Management understand the stress they put their client in............. every passing day the $$$ don't show up in my e-wallet.

    initiate another Live Chat again. I ask them not to disconnect me this time. They said they already process my cash out, they need to check my bank why it have not receive it. Ok I can wait another 24hr or even 48hr to see $$$ arrive to my e-wallet.

    Live Help: There is no any issues on our end as this was process on our end Van, The reason why where asking for another 24 hours for further update regards to this as this is being check by our finance team through your bank as your funds should be with them as we have already process this

    After sequence of 3-5 day business delays, William Hill insist my $3000 is approve and send, no issue in their end. Twice said the problem lie with instadebit, I should talk to them. So I'll bite, I will talk to instadebit, they are glad to help out, they just need the transaction number. I ask William Hill for the transaction number, of course they can not provide that. Now I receive this email:

    I think you get 24 - 48 hr to cancel withdrawal, it is 3 weeks now. Also you can not deposit one method and withdraw with another method due to money laundry. At least we are moving ahead & William Hill now admitted they have technical issue on their end.

    Not really I had done with will hill- deposit from skrill withdrawn to debit card maybe this way wil be working for you

    I had a dream last nite, There are group of board member and manager who work super hard. They deserve Christmas bonus and $$$ for Christmas party. They need to clean house and find few dozen fraudulent account to close down. Get rid of dishonest customer who made winning bet.
