    Problem with 1Bet2Bet

    Hello everyone

    over a month ago 1Bet2bet just closed my account day after I submitted for a partial withdrawal... Since then I wrote several e-mails to their info and security teams but had not a single answer... For all that time I also spoke with their chat live support, their reactions were: closing chat window, addressing me to send e-mails over and over again, telling me I will have money on my Neteller account very soon but that never happened (I saved our e-mail correspondence)

    any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

    I got some news regarding my dispute with 1Bet2Bet...
    10 days ago they unlocked my account, cancelled pending withdrawal so I could submit for full balance payout, even told me it is gonna need 5 working days until I get my money but after that nothing happened...
    maybe just a glimpse of good will towards me

    News from 1Bet2Bet... they closed my account again without paying me ofc
    I am tying to contact holder of Montenegro gambling licenses but so far nothing

    I finally got my pending withdrawal, hope they will send me my remaining balance as well

    Update after few months...

    they unlocked my account and almost fully paid me out (there is an error regarding one payment via Skrill)
    it was a long ride, but some good news at the end
