    MyBookie Pending Payout Review

    Hi Everyone,

New to the forums but really appreciate all the feedback on books everyone has here. Figured I would add some insights by posting my experience with MyBookie.ag on my pending payouts. I deposited $100 via credit card (no bonus money taken) to the site on 10/24 and due to slow time at work ran that balance to ~10,xxx via live dealer blackjack. I know that is a ridiculous return since I usually lose it quickly as a casual player. Nonetheless, I have begun to request a payout. I submitted all of my documentation on 10/26 and requested a $5K payout via bitcoin on 10/27. My weekly maximum is $5K so I will have to do two to three payouts. They have removed the first $5K from my balance as of 10/27, so the process is moving. I was told by a representative that my first payment would be ready by 11/1. I will report back if I do receive the payment on-time or any hiccups in between. Hopefully this ends up being a smooth process but based on some of the previous reports on the book I figured my feedback could be helpful. Look forward to updating everyone as the process moves forward next week.

That is way too long to be waiting for a bitcoin payout. A better book would pay you within minutes.

Please let us know. There have been many problems/complaints on MyBookie previously here. They are A rated on many other sites that are not as reliable as SBR. It took them 3 days to pay me with Bitcoin last week after submitting documentation. That was for a couple hundred though and not $10k+. Good luck! They have nice promotions and bonuses so hopefully they become a reputable book.

Got it! Yeah I saw some reviews, so hopefully I can post some feedback that is helpful. I also am downloading my win / loss history in case their is any dispute. I almost lost my bankroll a couple times and had swings of 5K+. To the point about the bitcoin payout, I agree that it is too long but am assuming there is some documentation issue at the moment. Nonetheless, I will continue to update the thread as I can.

Only the top books (Heritage,Bookmaker,BetOnline) pay same day and of course the Bitcoin only books like Nitrogen. Otherwise, 3 days is only slightly worse than average for Bitcoin. I've dealt with many sites and Skybook who is B rated here took a full week to pay out Bitcoin last week and Sportsbook.ag takes about 2 to 2.5 days to payout. As long as they pay, then 3 days isn't the worst for a first time bitcoin payout. Your's being a little longer than that probably because you requested Bitcoin payout and deposited with Credit Card. Not usually the best idea and I'm sure they will try to tell you they need to refund the credit card deposit first.

Besides that, nice win! Hope you get paid quickly

Youwager has paid me sameday bitcoin. There are several others I am sure. No reason to take 3 days though. That is horrible I think.

I requested a 2k bitcoin payout on Wednesday, funded with a credit card. Got an email saying they require 2 working days to review the payout. They only process payouts m-f 8am-2pm. So I have a feeling I’m waiting at least til Monday. . We will see.

Just got this email a few hours ago.
Curious, Loffa did you get it as well?

    Greetings,

I am sending you this message to provide you an update as to your latest payment request.

Please be aware that your gaming account needs to be verified before our Security Department is able to authorize a payment. We recently upgraded our email server, in order to better accommodate the influx of documents. However, as a result, all pending information was deleted from the server…and our system. At this time, we are unable to confirm if you sent the needed documentation. We realize this is an inconvenience, and for that we apologize. If you sent your information before today, October 27th, we do not have it in our system.

We will not delete your request at this time, as we would like to give you the opportunity to re-submit your documentation. In order to proceed with your payment, please forward an image of all cards used to make your deposits as well as your ID. Our Security Department will confirm that we received the information by placing a note in your account. Remember that this is a onetime request, and once your documents are accepted then we will not ask for them again. We will also send you this payout absolutely free, as an accommodation.

*If you have already received confirmation that your documentation was received and filed, please disregard this email. Your payment is moving forward.*

To speed up the process, please send all missing documents by replying to this email. Keep in mind, if we do not receive all missing documents before Oct. 29th, your payment will be refunded to your gaming account.

(Remember that your payment will go through a rollover check. If it is missing rollover the payment will be rejected)

Thank you very much for your understanding.

    Kind regards,

    Gina A.

They canceled the payout. I’m sure on Monday they will say they never received the documents even though I sent them three times now. Sucks

They sent me something in the mail. I've been away from offshore for a longtime. All the books I used then are out of business now. I was just thinking about posting up at MyBookie for the bonus. Glad I read this.

To recap on the post from Briank101, I got the same email and had the exact same issues. I sent in all of the documentation and was told on Friday that they had everything they needed. After which, I was told my payment was in process, had been approve and should be coming to my account shortly. Well that never happened. I got an email on 10/29 saying my verification had failed AND another one that said my verification had been "approved". I am not sure what to make of it but they cancelled my payout and I started another one on 10/29 for the same amount. I have yet to hear anything but it looks my documentation is actually approved this time since it didn't ask for it like it did on my last request. It says 2 business day but I am skeptical at this point. I will keep updating but having issues right now getting the payout.

How's this for something crazy. When I tried making a payout request with them they asked for front and back on a credit card. The last four digits are of a card that I have but never used on any online site. I've ONLY used bitcoin with MyBookie. When I told them I've only used Bitcoin they agreed and said ignore the credit card request. Is it just dumb luck they knew one of my cards last four digits? Strange stuff.
I DID get paid by them. I most likely won't go back to playing there and if I do it'll be for very small amounts.

When these bookies state “we keep all your personal information confidential” or “we don’t share your info with 3rd parties” they are lying.

They share and compare bettors personal info all the time.

Ok, talked to them on the phone. Apparently there was an email issue, they got my credit card images and just began the process of a now 5k bitcoin payout. For some reason they require a 48 review, fingers crossed.

I'm having the same issue as Birank101...or at least they are pulling the same reasons. I have my request in again and the confirmed via phone and email that my verification is complete. I am supposed to receive my payment by Wednesday of this week. Overall experience thus far mildly annoying to bad. Biggest issue is their processing timing and reasons for mistakes. Based on others experiences in this thread I would recommend a different book, however, I will continue to update when I get paid. Also for context, I have included the two emails with time stamps to show the ridiculous levels of confusion at this book.

Yeah I'm hoping it was just coincidence but they obviously didnt require the card information because I never used it. I've only used Money Transfer options prior to Bitcoin which was only cash.

The first payout for $5K BTC just came through. Made my request on 10/27 and came in 10/30. Requested $5K and the amount was very close ~$40 difference which is likely due to exchange rates. Although not a quick payout can confirm Mybookie.ag does pay.

    Hello,

Longtime follower of SBR forums but finally decided to make an account and post because I am having issues with Mybookie as well. I initially deposited $500 and ran it up to $3500 and requested a payout. I provided all the documentation and there doesn’t seem to be an issue with that but I stupidly accepted a bonus so I had a $4900 rollover requirement, which was ridiculous but par for the course with these online books. So obviously I was told I couldn’t cash out until my RO was complete but I was on such a good run playing live dealer baacarat that I took care of that pretty quick. Since opening the account on 10/24, fast forward to yesterday 11/6, I have now ran my balance up to 34k most of which playing their live dealer baacarat, and requested my first payout of 2k since completing all of their requirements. I requested this via Bitcoin and similar to others got the same emails and was told my payment was being processed. All of the sudden I go to logon last night and my UN/PW don’t work, I call them and was told that now my account has been frozen without any notice pending review of my casino activity. It has only been about 24 hours so far but they couldn’t give me any ETA on resolution and of course my first 2k payout request is also on hold. This is honestly a run of a lifetime and is life changing money for me short term. I’m freaking out and worried that I won’t get paid or that they will come up with some BS to not pay me at all. Are my concerns warranted or is this fairly standard for them to freeze accounts that go on big runs to “review activity”? I can understand them wanting to make sure I wasn’t paid in error as a result of some glitch or that I wasn’t doing anything fraudulent considering the size of the run, but I won it all fair and square. At the moment I have no access to my account (although I do have screenshots as proof) and am waiting to see how this pans out. I will keep posting as I learn more.

That’s rediculous any book that is deleting player wagers because of their opinions on the type of play that it is is unreal. Isn’t betting on line movement and beating the closing line part of what we all try to do as sports bettors?!? It worries me to have this kind of money riding on a book with this type of reputation.

    Oh crap.
im still waiting on my 5k bitcoin withdraw. I’ve been on the phone with them every day this week. Each day they have told me the money would post to my account that day. Original withdraw request was made October 24. that request was cancelled due to “email server issues”. I re-requested on the 30th, and they tell me that it has been approved, and they are just waiting on the payments department to process... whatever that means.

This sucks. I wasn’t really worried, especially after op got his 5k bitcoin payout. I Hear them advertised all over the radio, and certain podcasts. But now I’m a bit concerned.
