    Betonline Bitcoin Withdrawal 2% Fee?

Is this new? I don't remember them having one in the past.

    https://www.betonline.ag/banking#payout-options

Bitcoin account will be credited within 24 hours. If this if your first time using Bitcoin additional documentation may be required. The fee is 2% of the total payout amount.

It must be new or someone else would have mentioned it by now.

They are probably passing on the cost their PSP is imposing with bitcoin prices so volatile recently.

Seems to be the way they do things there. User pays. Once upon a time they passed on the deposit costs too.

If BOL is charging for btc payouts, then I'm done with them. Not too long ago they watered down their FP bonuses, allowing only straight action (no parlays, no ML bets). Not a player friendly Book imo.

I just requested my balance from them, the site says btc is free. Took this screenshot 2 seconds ago:

I don't see anything about 2% here either.

I think it's been listed in their terms for a while. I remember someone else posting about this once before. Ive never paid a fee when withdrawing from them before with bitcoin but I do get some crap rates from them sometimes.

Same here. I lose about 1% every time with deposits and withdrawals from the BOL family of Books. I've always suspected them of skimming.

Woah, did they just update that page? I know for sure, when you clicked "more info," it said 2%.

I dont understand bitcoin well, but betonline and every other book I use short me on every bitcoin transaction. I always get a little less on deposits and a little less on withdrawls. I figure bitcoin fees are so immaterial and its just books just doing this because they can.

Been done with them for a while now. Once they stopped offering Skrill as a payout method they have become mostly useless.

Final straw are the totally clueless and incompetent CS reps. BOL is fine unless you need help of any kind.
If you need to contact them you will have nothing but headaches and frustration. Its been this way for years with zero improvement.

Can anyone take a small payout and verify that this 2% fee is real?
