    Solid Book(s) And Assets

What determines a A+ book? And is there a way to know how financially solid a book is? Example is there a way to know the assets of fivedimes, boommake, just curious? $500k $1 million $10 million?

I read somewhere that bookmaker has over $100 million in asset not sure how true this is.

There was a news story in the Costa Rican press a year or so ago about 5Dimes moving over a billion between bank accounts. So I'd say 100 million for Bookmaker would be conservative.
