@SBR: Just saw this article on your landing page: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/spo...est-you-80838/
Looked through your list of 203 rated sportsbooks and found out Novibet holds a "B".
Okay. Maybe the issue I had with them was a solitary case. Maybe I had bad luck. But at least you could link this case to Novibet's profile page, couldn't you?
It's not only this case and sportsbook. How come that many proven cases in which customers had a dispute with a sportsbook are not related to the sportsbook's profile page at SBR?
I mean, my case was not a triviality. Novibet held back winnings for no reason for almost half a year. They paid out in the end but never told me the reason for their actions. Isn't this case worth mentioning on the sportbook's profile page? Especially because their profile page is still blank publishing my case could be helpful for users who consider to register.
Same with Vitalbet. They held back winnings for almost 9 months, the European Sports Security Association (ESSA) and the Estonia Football Association (EJL) were involved, in the end Vitalbet paid out but turned out as proven liars. No word about it on Vitalbet's profile page.
Is it because SBR focuses on the US-Market? Are reviews/complaints about EU-books inferior? Or is it because you receive many "non-public" complaints and reviews from customers which are not discussed in the forum and the editor chooses at his own discretion which one to publish? Or is it just a lack of manpower which makes it impossible for SBR to publish every single case?
