I had $190 available funds and placed 2 wagers with all my funds on the same game. placed a $100 to win $100 straight wager and placed a $90 parley. I won the straight wager which would give my acct $200 when i looked the next morning. There was only $110 in my account? I look at the graded wagers and there is an extra parley placed in my acct with the same teams but also with a open spot. I did not place this wager and it was not possible. I could not have placed $280 worth of wagers on a game with only $190 of available funds. So this glitched wager in my account took $90 from the graded winning wager leaving $110 instead of the $200.
The customer service are dumb as a doorknob and consistenly say i placed the wager because it shows in the graded wager even though it wasnt possible. One rep when i called said he had somebody else with the same issue and it will be resolved. The next day i called they say no other issues like this. They refuse to see or resolve this issue. I will never use them again. They have gone downhill fast since the changes they made. It is awful.

If you would like to send in an SBR Sportsbook Complaint form we may be able to help get it straightened out. That sounds so big a stuff up I am not surprised a level 1 support agent is struggling to believe/understand what you are saying.
