Betonline Calculator Doesn't Reset After Bust

The last 4 times I busted, the BOL rollover calculator didn't reset. I have to email them and then wait for a day or two to get CS to zero it out. What a crappy business model on their part. Zero it out immediately and let us suckers re-up. Guess they don't like making money. Sending my money elsewhere until they figure it out. Plenty of good football bonuses out there.

The worst thing you could do is re-up with rollover left on your calculator (even though you busted). BOL is notorious for stacking bonuses--BEWARE!

Betonline always done this and support is usually clueless about it. It's definitely annoying having to talk to support to get the rollover cleared when you bust.
Sportsbetting always has it automatically cleared when you bust though. Very strange how it's different when they use same software.

No Sportsbetting you also have to email and ask for it to be reset to zero rollover.

Takes 2-48 hours at either place. Annoying but it's their loss really.

I just got on live chat and had it zeroed on the spot last time I needed it.

I think support are not clueless about it or we would have people complaining about being forced to complete old rollover.

But agree it's a pain in the ass and should be a priority to fix!

Strange. I've had it automatically zeroed on Sportsbetting but not with Betonline in my experience.

Exactly my point. It's shady as hell that the calculator doesn't reset on its own. Why have it if doesn't work? Most won't check and get screwed with the extra rollover when they re-up. Pretty sure that's what they're doing for.

What if you have futures bets pending? Will they reset it?

Had this issue once with Bookmaker. I lost a bunch of deposits($300-$500 each) and took bonuses on each one. Had a pending futures bet for like $10 or something silly and the rollover accumulated to something like $95,000. I had run up a balance of almost $7000 and in order to cash out they told me if I forfeited all of the bonuses(most of which were lost) from previous deposits they would pay me out. I would have had to forfeit something like $4500. My guess is Betonline works the same way if you are taking bonuses with a pending futures bet even if your balance is zero. Better off cancelling the futures bet if its something small.

Also want to make sure you hit the calculator refresh button before you reload!

They finally reset my calculator late last night, so I can reload today. I guess I shouldn't complain too much as the reload bonuses are pretty good this time of year at BOL. It's just frustrating the amount of down time this glitch causes. Having to forego a day or two of action with a Book because of this is senseless.

Just tell them you want it reset before you re-up. the only time they didn't do it for me was when I had a balance in poker (which seemed off but I was about 80% of the way through my rollover so I didn't complain)

Yes, I do tell them each time I re-up I want my calculator reset. They then send a message to Wagering and it gets cleared 24-48 hours later. Great system.

I've had it automatically zero once, but another few times I had to ask then wait.

I recently got an email from them banning me from bonuses. Even though I've never taken a payout, only lost money.

you dont need to wait with the deposit, you can deposit start betting with new and wrong rollover , they will fix it anyway, both in betonline and sportsbetting.

I always ask live chat, and some hours later its done,

I guess i have asked livechat to do it at least 30 times

What a pain...had 1.3$ left so asked for a reset of the counter so I could take a reload bonus. They said the account had to be at 0 and they can't reset the counter if there's still anything in the account.

Ok, I lose the money (had to wait for a bet to settle so it took a day, I tried at the casino in slots but ended up with 30.8$ there...). Contacted livechat again. Apparently the balance only resets at midnight. Next day...contacted chat again. They now have to contact the freeplay department and they have to review it. I'll be contacted by mail.

All in all this has taken over 2 days so far and the counter is still not reset. I would have deposited immediately and been betting the Champions League this week so it's a huge pain and on top of that a revenue loss for them as well.
