It’s been a wild week. I had quite the run and got to 70K on intertops. I went to withdraw and was surprised to find that they only allow 2.5K max withdrawal per week. After my big run my betting limits were raised by 65% without my permission or any notification. I had been max betting a good portion of the run and was in a habit of using it. I ended up betting differently with the higher limits and lost everything in the account. Obviously can never know how much it contributed. I was just wondering if it was an acceptable practice on their part to raise my limits like that. I’d appreciate your insight. Thank you.

My last deposit was on August 19. I requested withdrawal on the evening of August 23 and my limits were changed the morning of August 24.

I'd say yes acceptable and favorable to you esp if ure running hot...Most do opposite and cut...Smaller recreational outfits do the 1K per day or 2.5K per week like this to protect themselves which is smart...

Of course not. I am not complaining, I was just wondering if it was acceptable because my previous impression was that you had to give permission to get limits raised. Looks like I was wrong about that.

What did they change your max limit from and to?

My max limit is different from live betting and pre-game (live has higher limits). It also varies depending on the line.
I see that my max bet on a live -118 line went from $2961 CAD to 4416 and on a -143 line it went from 3500 to 5347.
My current max bet on a -400 Line is $14970. I can didn't do any of those before the raise so I am not sure what it previously was.

Yes, I agree. They also delayed my verification after I submitted all proper documents. They were asking for further credit card authentication documents for a prepaid card I used a long time ago. I pointed this out and they eventually approved without giving their mistake any mention.

Wow i do not think i ever saw someone complain about raising limits. I can see lowering them especially if you still have a roll to complete but raising them i do not see the problem . You still do not have to bet the amount they just gave you.

Well the good news is all you need to do is hit another four team parlay that pays 175-1 and bet 400 instead of $100 and you're all set

Not exactly the same thing but kinda like when someone tells a book to disable casino and they do. Then next thing you know they hit a big sports bet and then they turn back on the casino. Then the person loses it all in there because they cannot withdraw enough at a time . But the difference is the casino will be 100% rigged for you to go in there and lose that is why they turned it on again. You have 0% chance to win in there . But at least here yes they upped your limits but at least you had the chance to at least win more they pretty much cannot rig the games. Did you at least get some out or did you lose it all? After a huge hit like that i know if you lost it all what you must be going through.

Probably depends on the book. If they have a high withdraw limit i would think they would do less but if a lower amount they probably figure you will go back in there and lose it all because it will take so long to take out. Plus they can delay payouts just to give you more time to lose it.
