    I suspect it means website bets only. No phone bets.

    I didn't get the email so I guess I can still call them. So if you get the email and you call them what do they do hang up on you? This is stupid. And how come it's ok for them to call me all the time begging me to deposit?

    Got the email. Fukk Heritage! If I have a problem on the road I'm not dicking around trying to use live chat and email using mobile. Guess I won't be using them this football season.

    I must be the oddball that much prefers live chat to any other form of communication with a book. Maybe it's b/c I rarely need to communicate and my questions are usually pretty straightforward.

    Live chat works great from home but what about when you're out and about it's not so great, especially if you're getting poor reception.

    the fact that they are only doing it to some customers and not all is what makes me a little upset though. I must have been placed in the poor mans bracket due to my no action since basketball season.

    I don't disagree...most things can be solved this way. But sometimes there's nothing like voice communication. And of course the people above who have trouble on mobile devices and such need voice.

    The worst is when some of these places have a live chat and you think your talking to a person but it's a god dam robot giving you automated responses.
