Plus I don't think Tony would have explained the problems, nor the OP come away satisfied at all, if Tony had thought he was taking a shot.

So think the story he told is probably true.
the story doesn't really ring true to me but Tony bought it and that is all that matters.

I once deposited a check into my ATM and it registered as 117K even though it was $11700.

I called my credit union 5 times to verify that my account balance was accurate....they concluded it was

I proceeded to withdraw 100K the next day

That Monday the police knocked on my door

the rules state all wagers will be honored so yes it's fair. They handled it terribly and their customer service is trending downward but the rules are the rules.

yes I will be staying at 5dimes. I will stay at 5dimes until we see anything resembling failure to pay.

And frankly, if that ever happens at 5dimes... at that point I'm not sure any offshore outlet could be trusted.

What do you mean it's "trending downward?" What have been your other issues with 5 Dimes been? You were a 20 year happy camper until the known technical glitch.

i still am a happy customer.

It used to be easier to speak to a manager or supervisor, that's all.

I hate live chat, would rather speak to someone.

99% of the time there is no need to.

Im admitting 5dimes is the best in the business don't know what else I could say.

The most important thing offshore is that The money is good... the rest are just petty details.

When the money is No longer good at 5dimes is the day I stop playing offshore.

This is in 5dimes rules what does it mean?

"5Dimes reserves the right to void any bets which are not in progress, retroactively from the last wager entered, until a player balance is no longer negative. Players will be notified via e-mail prior to an event starting of any such decisions."

I think - hope - you will find that, previously, you placed $100 worth of wagers but your account balance was not debited, so it is now being corrected. That seems to be what is generally happening, anyway. FiveDimes messed up royally this past weekend.

Yes, if you all check your transaction log you will notice that the wagers placed on the 12th didn't get recorded as "wager placed". They did show up in the pending wagers and were properly graded but the original wager amount didn't get deducted from the balance.

Bad system bug or they got hacked or something.....

Excellent possibility based on they now secure their site and have the HTTPS prefix plus they made everyone change their passwords.

Fair enough. The security part was "advertised" on the front page of their website. I know I read people did have to change their password, maybe just random requests, just odd they were requested on the same day:

No I don't work for sbr I don't get any kick backs.

Just a regular customer for twenty years that has been paid in full on time every time I've requested a payout.
