    What book has the best teaser lines?

    I know teasers are square sucker bets. But I like them.

    I quit betting offshore a few years ago when P2P got dicey. But my local is having trouble paying one of my pals so I think it is time to move on.

    this will be my first online season for at least four years (after the house purchase my bets aren't big enough to drive to Reno for anymore).

    Teasers are not bad. You can have a positive expection. I had a thread for them the year that I stopped posting here and that thread was a winner over the time I did it. (I can find it and bump it if you want).

    I did it all at heritage. But I'm not sure if they have the best payouts of all the books though.

    hopefully you'll get a few good answers among the many who will tell you teasers are bad, they are for squares and suckers.

    Most books adjusted pay out so you cannot win anymore

    Years ago they were more generous

    Ok, I am pretty sure you got an extra point on college the last time I logged in. They want to verify my id before I log back in. Signed up under my wife's name last time so might need a new acct.

    So with the reduced juice and best teaser lines can anyone tell me why as a US player I would consider going with any other books outside of being able to shop lines?

    5 Dimes adjusts their lines to make Wong Teasers harder. For example If a line is -7, 5 Dimes will hang it at 9 or higher with plus odds to make teasing the favorite tough. Conversely, you get a great number if you want to tease the other side. That's why they offer great odds.
    Currently, the best 2 team teaser shop is probably BetPop. -105, -110, -120 on 6, 6.5, 7 pointers. They don't adjust lines to make teasers tougher.

    yes this is true. problem i see is that +9 when teased usually gets the sh1t kicked out of them. maybe its just me but 5dimes knows exactly what they are doing with the +9 -135

    Interesting. Have you made withdrawals from betpop? Any trouble with that?
    How are their lines on straight bets (against the spread)?
    Any idea why SBR has them rated as a b+ as opposed to 5dimes at an a+?

    Think the 6.5 + is for football and the 4.5 is for basketball. most books have 4 pt 6 pt teasers for bball and fball so thats what I would assume

    No trouble withdrawing. Straight bet lines are pretty generic, but they do have -105 for NFL and I believe College Friday Nights. 5 Dimes is an overall better book, with many more betting options, better odds. But strictly for 2 team NFL teasers, I like BetPop better. They also have good parlay odds if you're into that. They will take away some perks, like the free play spin the wheel promo, if you're a consistent winner.

    Thank you brother. Was just curious.

    I’m not a teaser guy They are suckers bets that’s a fact, the best way to bet it’s always individual game by its self because you get a two team teaser one loses one win and you lose. However if individually and only one loses you get your money back minus the vig, so straight bets are the only way to go if you are serious about making money long term.
