I really do not know what in the hell is going wrong with BETDSI.
I got a withdrawal with the involvement of bryan a few days back via bitcoin. I requested for another withdrawal via bitcoin on friday of 500 GBP, as my Cashier has not been working ever since the website came back on. Whenever i click on payouts, it always shows me an error saying no e wallet option available at this time. I have reported this matter several times to their customer service advisers who have promised me a countless number of times that my cashier will be functional in a few minutes/ few hours, but its been days now, since monday this thing is not working at all.
So i had to go on chat and request for a bitcoin withdrawal which they said they will process manually because of the techincal issues with the accounts. I gave this adviser my withdrawal request with amount, currency and the bitcoin address. I checked back in the next day and i was first told that it is still under process, almost sent i should get it soon and all of that, this was on live chat with 4-5 different advisers.
I let it be thinking i ll get it until i went on it today as it had been a few days since i requested it and spoke to an adviser named brian, asked him why my payout still has not reached me, and he looked into the details and to my horror told me that there was no request submitted. I mean WTF.... That guy previously took all the details and then just lied to me that it is in process whereas the fact is that he did not even make a request, i am really clueless. Now this guy brian has also taken details and has told me he will forward it to the processing department along with the details, the same words that were said to me by the adviser who had lied previously.
I am beginning to think if they are even going to pay, their answers to solving technical issues are at best comical. For an A rated sportsbook, ever since the transformation, the level has dropped so drastically that you almost wonder if this is the same book you played on previously with no complaint. 10 requests to fix my cashier since monday and the techincal team is least bothered. Chat advisers who do not seem trained to give correct information, and if you request a payout, they will take details and outrightly lie to you about it being processed. In my 12 years of online gambling with most reputed websites, this is the first time i have come across someone who is lying n processing a withdrawal. It is really shameful.
I am thinking of submitting a complaint or just letting it be as this whole thing has drained the shit out of me. Imagine interacting with so many people on the same issue and all of them giving false assurance, not done at all. Would request SBR to look into this for all other members as well. My experience is just turning into a horror to get my own money back.
