I used my regular password but it won't login me in. It keeps giving me the message:

"The username, pin or password is incorrect."

Then when I try to get BetDSI to send me a new password to my e-mail address, it gives me the message "Error trying to send recovery information

Your request has been blocked by a system error."

Called and spoke with the CS team, the only withdraw options are:
    1. ACH aka e - c h e c k: Around 40-50 bucks for a $500 check
    2. Bitcoin = free, but then you gotta pay for the transaction fees when using coinbase
    3. M G/W U = Around the same as ACH transfer

So apparently, they currently DO NOT offer paper. I was thinking of making a withdraw of $2,000 tonight, but I'm looking at a fee of roughly $150-200 if I used options 1 or 3. I think I'll spend roughly around $50-60 for Bitcoin. And since I've never used Bitcoin before, I'm a bit hesitant on using that. At the end of the day, I might just use Bitcoin to save all these fees attached with options 1 and 3.

Btw, I think one of you mentioned that live chat works, can you link me to it? I can't seem to find it. Thanks.

In a pc browser there is an icon floating bottom right of the screen with a "talk bubble" icon on it.

This continues to be my favorite sports betting site. Fast bitcoin payout and now they have more live betting options as well. The only thing I'm concerned with is security of the site but I personally haven't had any issues with it so I will continue betting at dsi.

Yeah, it's weird that it's not there after you log in. Hopefully they'll fix that as they continue making tweaks.

I made this mistake of not listening to my own advice.

They seemed to get the website running smoothy so I sent a bitcoin deposit.. waited overnight, still was not credited in morning despite several confirmations in blockchain.

    emailed support, no reply.

emailed bryan, he passed me onto Irene.

Irene told me she cant find the address I sent to in their system anywhere. And theres nothing she can do.

So poof, $1200 gone, I sent it to a ghost apparently.

    Bye DSI.

That penetrating sucks, bro. Hope you find a way to get it back.
Turns out that DSI still offer paper check... You just have to call them and ask to speak to Irene about it. I put in a withdraw request just earlier, hopefully this will get processed in the next few days.
Most of my winnings have been through the casino, and after I requested a payout, they decided to lower my casino max limit from 500 to 100 lol. When I asked the CS via live chat, they told me that it's due to all the changes they're implementing right now, which sounds like BS to me.
I also asked them why the complete overhaul, the CS person told me it's because the company has been growing at a fast pace, and they decided to go independent, free from their parent company - Bookmaker. Take it for what it's worth. I, for one, am not really enjoying this new layout and all the changes that come with it such as the bonus system, withdraw methods, parlay options, and basically the whole UI.

    It shouldn't be that simple.

If you shoot in a Sportsbook Complaint form SBR might be able to ask a manager to have a better look at this one.

BetDSI, dangerous bug for bitcoin withdrawals URGENT

When I went to make a bitcoin withdrawal, their new site was changing all of the letters in the bitcoin address to capital letters. Bitcoin addresses are CASE SENSITIVE. This means:

    1. it looks like there is currently no way to receive bitcoin withdrawals from DSI

    2. If you don't notice this issue and proceed with a withdrawal, is it going to send the coins to the wrong address?

I will contact SBR and DSI but wanted to put this here so that no one will try and withdraw to the wrong address.

Alright, I didnt plan on it, but I submitted a complaint. I was just ready to let it go after 2 days of being completely stressed and frustrated, wasn't worth it to keep stressing out about it.

I've emailed SBR and DSI (their live chat won't work on my computer).

I would recommend that you DO NOT try any bitcoin withdrawals from DSI if you are seeing the same issue. If you are able to input a legit bitcoin address, never mind.

If they tried to send to that address, it would get rejected as invalid. I read somewhere you have a better chance of hitting the mega millions than a btc transaction getting sent to an address with a typo/capitalization error

    No it was not.

they said they cant find the address I sent to in their system, and I am certain I copied and pasted directly from their cashier.

Irene said she cant do anything about it, she checked everywhere.

I advise everyone to start taking screenshots when depositing with BTC to DSI

Everything was in all caps when I tried requesting a Bitcoin payout so I contacted live chat and sent them the address and within 3 minutes my withdrawal request was submitted and 13 hours later I got paid. Usually much faster than that but this was also right after the big change so live support rep told me to expect it to possibly take a little longer. It was still paid way in advance of their 24-36 hour time frame. A+ book

I am sure you did this but did you confirm the first 3 and last 3 characters of the address before sending after doing the copy/paste? I have heard of instances of doing copy/paste and then having a different address populate in the SEND field.

I personally had BTC sent to me where I thought I never received and it ended up being in an old address that my wallet archived. After finding the address I was able to reactivate so that my funds then showed up. Best of luck on finding this as it sucks to have the funds stolen/missing.

This wasn't a scenario where they looked at the software and said it was better. This situation arose due to cost and differences in company vision.

--Pay CRIS a % to stay with them or pay less via PPH with IDSCA
--CRIS wants to tackle more Euro market like Pinnacle while DSI would like to be similar to Bet365 model

Yes, it is still happening. No matter what you do, it converts the lowercase letters to uppercase. I tried manually typing, pasting from various sources and using a browser drop down. In all cases it converts to uppercase. This means no one can use their cashier to get paid out in bitcoins.

According to what poster allwater334 posted here today, he had the same issue and had to give the address in live chat.

I'll email Bryan just to make sure they are aware of the bug.
