    100%, the real issue is the security of the site moving forward. Weird that they aren't taking serious the logging into other peoples accounts that seriously. To me that seems like literally the most serious and worrisome thing that could possibly happen to a website where users keep cash/ personal information. Definitely sketching me out

    I had to refresh 3 times to get to my account....each account was 5 figures...this not good

    They should shut the site down until they fix this issue. I could see some seriously pissed off people if some Jackwagon fires off some losing bets on the wrong account by mistake or by just being an ass.

    Latest update : My pending bets from before continue to show as pending and another freaky part is that my account is showing someone else's betting history and refreshing that again took me into someone else's account.

    On bringing the issue to their attention, the BETDSI staff says that they are very secured and what i am saying is not possible.

    Another dumb thing : I asked them why my bet on the zimbabwe vs sri lanka cricket match has not been settled yet and the person answers this " How do you know your bet was placed in zimbabwe" only the customer has access to his account. They clearly are on a different tangent, i mean WTF

    Cant wait to withdraw all my funds from here at the earliest.

    Yeah this is nus cell phone having trouble logging in, I pad ok now! The pending play balance is incorrect and though I cannot see the plays. has a negative balance so I cannot play which is way wrong

    I personally couldn't believe it but ( because I liked DSI) but I got taken by bet DSI for about a grand, I like their site and I thought they were reputable, but they stung me and didn't pay me out for about a grand, so yet another bad experience for a guy in the United States of America....

    There hasn't been any merger with betluckys. That book is under the BetDSI umbrella and was apparently already using the software they adopted. betluckys came up due to a glitch in the software.

    There are some concerns with this change but the affiliation with betluckys is not one of them. That was already in place.

    I truly hope that they correct my pending wagers and my balance today and the withdrawal option is back today as i want to cash out and play elsewhere, will only make a move back to DSi once i am convinced that customer security is not being compromised upon. I have had someone else's account show up upon refreshing the page as well as someone else's betting history come up so that has definitely made me re-consider my decision to stay with these guys. My 3 pending bets are unsettled and they are clear winners but these guys are just not settling it.

    The customer service has just been misleading me by saying that the bets will be settled in the next half an hour, they will definitely call me, they are losing their credibility as i am not buying either of what is said to me now.

    Not making any plays until they get this pending bets issue fixed.Seems they took out the losses but are still showing pending thus reducing my available amount.Best to just sit back and relax until all issues are resolved.The new bet screen isn't too user friendly either.

    I have yet again logged into my account only to my horror of again getting into someone's account, this has to be taken seriously, its happened 5 times with me in a span of one day, how can they be taking this lightly?

    Cashier still not functioning, when you click on payouts and enter the amount, after that it says no e wallet options available, bets still pending, other accounts still opening up. Want this ordeal to end soon.

    And BetDSI is definitely merging with Betluckys.ag which is a D rated sportsbook by SBR, i am in touch with a few advisors from betdsi and their email has betluckys.ag attached to it.. i personally don't think this is all going in the right direction, makes sense to look elsewhere.

    just tried a log-in, says site down for a couple hours for maintenance. This was on the chrome platform
    when i use i.e. i get the home page, after login says site is disabled.
    On cell phone able to log-in without incident, so freaking bizarre.

    Thank you. I have emailed him with my problems, nothing is fixed in my account, my bets remain pending, my account currency has changed from GBP to USD and the cashier option is not available only, with an error coming no e wallet option is available.

    This guy bryan does not reply, i gave them a call asking them that my account is in GBP, they should change it back from USD but they say they cannot do that right now, Is this a penetrating joke... my account was always in GBP and now they are saying for the meantime leave it be in USD, my winnings from past pending bets are still not corrected, infact they keep deducting more from my account for the same, none of these guys really understand what they are doing, keep giving incorrect time lines, ridiculous.
