    We spoke with BetOnline on this.

    In summary, a casino software malfunction allowed users to increase the amount of their bet stake without their balance being deducted from. Essentially, players could bet with air money, and in this specific complaint the user turned $140 into $54k. If there was a dealer push or a win he received the value of the raise bet into his balance all the way up into $54k.

    The player was contacted by a BetOnline manager who explained the exploit, the same as was done in other cases. In a majority of the cases the users were happy to receive free money for the inconvenience. In this case, the player accepted a settlement but then retracted his acceptance, and admitted in his own words to taking a shot. This eroded the good faith BetOnline tried to extend, so naturally the (extremely generous) compensation is off the table.

    This is not a fair decision. I had a lot of winning sports bets wagers on this and I asked for a bit more compensation.
    My balance 140 if multiplied by all the winning wagers Will be more than me offered.

    Betonline cancel wining wagers in sportbooks for more then 40 000$

    Hi. BetOnline Canceled the winning wagers (claiming technical casino issue)
    I have repeatedly contacted the casino manager. In casino I won a large amount of money in the slot.
    We agreed that they will compensate me $ 3,500 for the my winning in slots of $ 54,000.Thank them very much for this.
    But on my accaunt was also a huge portion of the money from the winning events.
    I want to return my winning events since they have no business to their error in the casino .They have nothing to do with casino.
    Referring to the error in the casino from my accaunt have removed all the money .
    Including the winning money for sports betting.
    All the winings wagers they refused to pay because this money I won over them according to the casino error.
    but I had the money in my account from begining when i did deposit its 140$
    To the casino, I do not have a complain because they gave me compensation for that they took the money from the game in the slot.


    I ask you to note that I have placed orders for three days.

    With such success it is possible to annul all the wagers who were placed and won a month ago. referring to the 'glitch program' in casino .

    Why didn't you bump your old thread instead of starting a new one?

    You can't expect to be paid winnings from wagers that you would have not been able to make if you didn't have the funds available from the casino glitch. This is a pretty standard cancel.

    You then changed your mind and went back to them and told them information that would have made them refuse to pay you anything at all if they had known beforehand.

    Frend, I think you don't understand their point of view.

    Your $140 is not enough to be able to place bets for 1000$, so it's normal for them to cancel those bets. Without the casino glitch, you would not have been able to place them anyway. Why would they pay you money if you had not been able to make the bets anyway without the system error? Take the 3500 and be gratefull. This is profit, you should be very happy you got this free money because of a programming mistake.

    So...how about showing any "losing" wagers you made with that money and how about deducting those from your original balance of 126$? Or are you claiming you didn't make any losing bets or financials with that money?

    Stop it. It's no use. Be happy they gave you 3500$ and let it go.

    no way in heck were you gonna run that original 140 deposit up to 3500 so you're still better off than you would've been playing fairly

    If it needs i can show all history there 5 or 6 losing wagers from 45. Before i post screenshon you can chek it. Ebout compensation 3500 this money from casino wining compensation. My complain about cancel wining wagers.

    Ok. You need to understand this. You would not have been able to make the wagers if there was no casino glitch money. Therefore, the wagers do not exist. There is no point in trying to argue it here, Betonline gave you 3500$. You would not have this money now without the casino glitch. You would not have placed those wagers without the casino glitch. Stop wanting money for wagers you would never have been able to make without a technical problem, it's not going to happen. Be happy with the 3500$ and let it go.

    We need to know when glitch hapend.wheak before i lost 3 000 on sportbeting .whay they not refound this money ? I will post evrywer evryday in evry forum . my acount have 126 .if glitch hapend i place bet on 126 . i plase bets 3 days whay they not cancel after ferst day ? If i place bets per 7 days ? Per month ? They cancel to . they dont wont to pay money.even if they not fixed this situation i will post to know people ebout hou its can hapend with evryone if you won alot money.
