    lost 500 deposit 4 times in a row+bonuses (bottomed out) at bet phoenix and....

    how do they reward me? a bonus? cash back for losses? A free play perhaps?

    Good book very underated. What are they supposed to do give you your money back? Try speaking with a manager and asking for a freeplay or something. Sometimes it works.

    That's actually not the definition of insanity. I don't know why people always say that. But it's actually just a losing streak. I've had them as well. Just deposit another 500 and win it back.

    Fair enough and I don't disagree with you entirely. Personally, I would also re-up at BetPhoenix again. Unfortunately I can't because BetPhoenix cut me loose years ago. However, I don't think the OP is like you and me. He's a chronic loser that thinks the Book owes him for his repeated losses. At that point, he needs to move on, otherwise it is insanity in his case. The Book owes him nothing and he shouldn't be asking for a rebate on his losing streak.
