yesterday a sum of money was taken out of my account. That was about 34 hours ago. They sent me an email "Just a brief note to inform we’ve debited your account $xxxxx due to wagers erroneously graded. Our apologies for any inconvenience."
i emailed them back 6 hours later asking them what wager. They ask for an unacceptable 24 hours to figure that out. (should take 10 minutes tops). I patiently wait 24 hours for them to respond back to me. that time passes. I go to live chat now and they have no answer. So money was taken out of my account 34 hours ago and nobody can tell me why.They now have no time frame to give me a proper answer.
I dont think they are thieves. I think they just have about as bad customer service as a company can possibly be. Its not a large sum of money. Its not nothing, but its more the principal of the matter. If after 34 hours you have no clue why the $ was taken out, add it back to the account pending further investgation. Or do something to make me feel like I am being treated fairly here. I am trying so hard to come up with a way this is acceptable from their end. I cannot.
I mean there is a name attached to that original email I got. Who told that person to send it? I guess maybe the person who sent that email quit/fired/left the country and they are stuck? Is there another possible explanation here?
