    Cant get my money from 10bet how can i do? Help

    I play 6-7 days on 10bet . They cancelled my betting of win. Accept the lose. Then i want to withdraw my money. They had absurd reason ask me some pictures. "file not clear" "passport next my face" even i send my file already. Now, its pass 10days. They just tell me wait.
    Can anyone tell me how to do ? Please.
