    MrRingo SCAM! Fraudulent Website!

    MrRingo is a SCAM website.
I gave it a try 2 weeks ago where I deposited 60 GBP in total.

I made 90 GBP (30 GBP profit) and asked for a withdrawal.
They asked me for documents and I've submitted everything they asked for and I've received an email confirming my account passed their verification and they will process the withdrawal.

It was and is very difficult to reach them in chat, they are working 7 hours a day in which most of the time they are not available and when they are available - they are not helpful.

I managed to speak to Katja on the chat today, literally moments ago, I asked her when are they going to issue my pending withdrawal (pending since 23/04) - and I was online in my account on the same time I was talking to her.

She told me she cannot assist me and their legal department will contact me because "of fraud regarding payments".
I deposited using a GBP card on my name, and sent them a proof of the deposit as well as showing source of deposited funds so they have it all clear + ID + proof of address ... so not only it has taken them ages to respond, they have decided to call me a cheater and I've been in this business for many years.

This company is a pure SCAM, I can't believe they do this for such a small payout ... imagine what would happen with bigger payouts!

Please stay away from this fraudulent website and don't use it by all means whatsoever.

I am still in chat with them and pointed them to the fact I have every intention, genuinely, to damage the reputation of their site because of this, I've been literally spending hours chasing for a withdrawal of barely $110 - suddenly the "we cannot assist you, contact our legal department" approach has changed to:

"I just asked our legal department why it is a fraud and you used 5 different IP wihtin a few minutes and tried to despoit with different methodes and different currency so it is a fraud.
If you have any other questions please contact legal@mrringo.com"

This is a joke, right?! I've never tried to deposit in different currencies and the fabrication about 5 different IPs within minutes is a fabrication.
    Wow ... what a scam ...

Please members - stay away from this site, don't even try it, not even with a $5 deposit because deposits with this site go one way only.

There have been a few confiscations reported in recent months https://www.sportsbookreview.com/betting-sites/mrringo/

Have you submitted a sportsbook complaint about this one?

Thanks for the info Optional, it's good to know about this.
I think I will be filing a complaint with the MGA, they have assisted me in the past - so don't want to bother you as well with this.

I hope the MGA will revoke their license. Their business needs to be shut down.

After showing them I complained online in the forum and also involving the MGA (who replied quite quickly with a very serious email) I received this email just about 30 minutes ago:

    Good evening Mr. XXXXX,

I am currently looking through the account itself to fix any underlying issues. I have been given this account in terms of fraudulent activities which I am currently debunking as I cannot see any issues in this regard.

I apologize for any inconviences this may have caused for you and I will be forwarding all the information to the financial department regarding the issue itself.

Once again, my heartfelt apologies concerning this entire matter.
    Sincerely,
    Legal Assistant, Sharon Madden

I replied back asking for the withdrawal to be made.
And other that than there is one more thing I simply don't get.

When I was in chat today with Katja about 5 hours ago she clearly told me that my account "has been blocked by our legal department because of fraud regarding payments"

Now 30 minutes ago this "legal department" is telling me there are no issues with my account?!

I wouldn't be so fussy and finding "holes" in this story FROM THEIR END (not mine) if they have bothered to treat customers properly but honestly I've been treated like **** with this website - any other normal website would never make a customer go through hell for such a small withdrawal request ...

I always did get my money from them but the average payout time is around 4 weeks.

In fact they twice sent me too much money (way too much), I even told the chat about it but they didn't care so I guess this company is very bad organized and gradually running out of money.

You used the sportbook or casino? Cause when i wrote to MGA they replied MrRingo is licensed in Curacao and not Maltese authorities.

It was the sportsbook and they told me the same but they did get involved, by CCing them on the email and MrRingo have sent me this after I asked when the withdrawal will be made:

my apologies for the belated answer. Yes, the withdrawal itself will be processed and done. There is nothing wrong with the initial withdrawal itself. I apologize for any inconviences this all may have caused.

Again very vague answers and very slow to process withdrawals - it's a 100% bookie to avoid by all means ... I will update if/when I get the withdrawal from them, the guy in post #6 said it would take 4 weeks so that's terrible especially for Euro books that usually do it same day or within 1-2 days.

My last withdrawal requested on April 27 via Skrill has been processed today.

So it seems they still have money left and are willing to pay out. But one thing is for sure: I won't ever make a deposit there. Unfortunately there are hardly any books with TAIN software on the market.

I've also received my withdrawal today, so looks like they are processing them whenever their finance is free.
They couldn't process it to my card previously so they did process it to my Ecopayz.

I received the full withdrawal of 90 GBP to my Ecopayz without their 3% fee.
It takes a long time for Ecopayz to process a withdrawal and the fee is expensive (around 8 GBP) so what I did is deposit the funds with AsianConnect88 (2% fee) placed it on some live tennis on odds of 1.044 and got 92.07 GBP in total. I withdrew it via UK bank transfer and the funds are already in my bank account with no additional fees whatsoever so I'm happy this issue is resolved. AsianConnect88 of course has no comparison to MrRingo, they process withdrawals instantly whilst sites like these ruin it for everyone.

    Lastly,
Like you lonnie55 - I would definitely not go back to MrRingo to make another deposit, it's difficult to trust them and I still see in AskGamblers similar complaints for larger amounts that were remained unresolved.

Mrringo has confiscated 1170 Euro out of my 3170 Euro balance (and is charging 60 for the withdrawal of the rest) because according to them cashouts with a bonus are limited to 2000 Euro. However this is neither in their T&Cs nor was it attached to the bonus offers I received via mail. In earlier promotion mails this condition had been listed... As it was explicitly removed and is not listed in their T&Cs I assumed the condition was waived for the bigger bonusses that are now given out. According to the life chat I was supposed to check the conditions of a different offer to find among them general bonus conditions. I can obviously not be expected to search their site for hidden condtions especially as they have a very elaborated list of them in their T&Cs where the 2000 max cashout one is missing.

In addition to that the site stalled the withdrawals for 2 weeks without informing me that I was essentially getting freerolled here (in this timespan i won an additional 500 Euro roughly). I would probably still be waiting if I had not pressured them in chat and contacted the legislator and sportsbookreview. The bottom line is, the site is giving out bonuses and then fraudulently or at the very least sneakily tries to conficate as much as it can to keep up the business. Anyway, I have not totally given up hope I m still getting paid here, as I even they have to care up their reputation and license a little bit.

one question to sportsbookreview in this context: How is this operator ranked a C?
people are reporting they had their entire balance removed for making single bets below the minimum of 2. No one is getting paid according to the timeframe given.
