    5dimes deliberately dragging their feet on my withdrawal

    Made a withdrawal through BTC for $1k last sunday.
    I get no notifications whatsoever from them, other than it takes 24-48 hours.

    2 days later I login and I get a ntoe on my account that I have to enable 2FA in order to withdraw. No email, no messages, just a note on my account. Fine. I resolve that. Re-request the deposit.
    Guy on the chat says theyll process it immediately.

    Its now friday. I contact them again, they say again it takes 24-48 yada yada. I explain the situation he says it goes back to the que no matter what. Regardless, its been another 48 hours and nothing happened.

    Then another guy on chat tells me, well I didnt confirm the deposit through email. Which NEVER came through. Not sure after everything else why that is a requirement. But telling me they sent an email (never came) and thats why the withdrawal never got processed. I have all emails from the 2fa notifications. The emails saying they cancelled a wager of mine which was actaully correct (another story). But no emails whatsoever. No not in the junk.

    Then he says theyll be sending it in 10 minutes, obviosly never sent.

    I am burning through my balance while waiting for this getting very close to the $1k I requested, and 5DIMES KNOWS THIS! They are deliberately stalling so that I go below $1k and have to start over.

    I realize its a sportsbook and they do shady things but this is rediculous.

    The 2FA thing catches a few people out like this first time.

    Did you end up receiving the last confirmation email?

    I had a payout canceled due to not responding to the verification email that never arrived on my end. I don't think it's deliberate. With their wagering options and reduced juice they are a must out for US bettors so I imagine they CS department is always busy and might get behind occasionally.

    They need to do the verification text instead of email. It's 2017 for christs sake!

    They ended up cancelling the Withdrawal after teh 2FA thing. Then I re-requested another withdrawal. Sat waiting for 72 hours.

    They get back to me on chat saying that becuase I didnt respond to some withdrawal email? That they cancelled it agian.

    I have email chains with every department for deposits, wagers, bitcoin inquiries, everything. Even have OLD withdrawal emails from them last year. So now they say because I ddint get some phantom email, they cancel everything.

    Have tried contacting the maanger to no avail who says I need to create a new account/email? GTF out of my face with that. Getting fed up with this shit. Anyone have any ideas?
