    betngo.com scammers (Tain group)

Bad issue with this book, 2 days in a row they void my won bets in Soccer Greece Super League and Denmark.
It wasn't any errors or technical problems, other bookmakers had the same odds. Absolutely fair bets.

They don't sent any notifications. The answer of support: it's a refresh error. What it this?
I ask them to recalculate my bets with the another odd, for example I've bet 5.2, ok let it be 5 or 4.8
But they don't want to do nothing. Just give standart answer that they could do everything they want according to their rules. For any odd they can say - it's was refresh error, technical issue or something like this.

What to do? How to fight with this lawlessness?

Do you have any positive decision after a complaint to their license regulator?

They should at least revalue the bets to correct odds and payout at those if these are genuine errors by the book. Your story makes them sound dubious.

If you send in an SBR Sportsbook Complaint form we can try reaching out to them about it for you.

I'd send in a complaint to their regulator now asking them to look at these bets too.

The same situation here. They voided bets after start of the Greece League match or slightly before, but they don't inform players about it.
More suspicious is that odds were correct, so talking about software error doesn't make sense.

sure, next day the same situation in another game and also voided bets, so it's not software and it's not coincidence

I quitted playing with them some time ago and withdrawed all money successfully.
Besides these tricks with voiding bets they have one more - they accept bets with odds lower than showed on betslip (f.ex. 2.5 instead 3.0). When I saw it first time, I thought it was my mistake, because they have the box to tick if you don't accept change of odds, but then I always checked it carefully and - what a surprise - sometimes the odds I accepted were other than these on betslip. When I asked them about that, they didn't answer at all.
So don't play at Betngo - maybe they have some valuable odds, but will cheat somewhere else.
