I will add to the list of TRACKING NUMBERS as well. My check is slated to come today so we will see if it's actually the right amount, and more importantly, if it cashes. I am still owed another one from June and I am being told it will be part of anothe batch on October 3rd.
Funny part is that I found out from Fedex faster than I actually heard from TopBet about my payout.
Well I am still owed 4500 from two requests the first week of April so thats cool you guys are getting paid before me
Seems they are clearing smaller amounts first, good strategy if you want to encourage redeposit.
Well it actually arrived this morning. All I have to do now is go cash that sucker.

I call every Tuesday have been for months. This last call and Keewatinking21 might be interested in this, I even asked them to explain themselves how people that have made withdraw request in April and May have not been paid. Yet people that have made request in June have received payment. I asked since your not paying off chronologically how are you deciding who and when they get paid? They proceeded to go on a long-winded rant how they guarantee i will get paid and how they will get around to everyone , pretty much ignoring my actual question. I am so fed up with these people i'm actually more upset now than i was before they started paying people. 4 Withdraw Request 1-April 3-May all for $2500
Called again this person was more helpful than others. She claims a lot of the April and Early May payout request on old processors are pretty much in limbo. That the late May-June request are on new processors and that is why those request are being paid first. She transferred 2 of my payout request to new processors and claims a new batch will be going out October 3rd. This could all be a bunch of BS but my advice to anyone with a payout request from April-May that has not been paid is to contact them and ask for your payout request to be transferred to new processor just in case.

Just a thought: Who is more likely to redeposit? A guy that requested 1500 in June and gets paid in September, or a guy that is waiting 10000 from March and gets paid in September?
Very sad to see a company like that existing in the market.
nobody should redeposit or regain the trust with company after this incident. people who got paid should considered them lucky, really thought the company was gonna go down. 3-6 months wait period is joke.
Update on mine--I cashed yesterday and it went through successfully. I am still waiting for one more from June that I'm told (via email--so in writing-- which is rare) that my next payout will be in the batch on October 3. I will continue to update

Check received. I will redeposit again next football season if I get my payouts and they get back on track in terms of paying within one month. I got enough free money for delaying my payouts to give them back 1K for a 100% bonus. But will never make a large deposit there again.
Glad people are getting paid but just brutal when people two months behind are getting the dough before me.
A person I communicate with on twitter who has been waiting 4 months to get paid just got the first of 2 checks he is owed.
Hate to say it but isn't karma a slap in the face? Pretty sure you were the one calling me a chump and hoping I didn't get paid.

Still waiting on one from March and April. One is a 2500 the other is around 1000. I called and changed my address, and they said it was moved up to be "expedited".
That was about 2 weeks ago.
Me too, both wire from late May/ early June. The oldest one came last but they said it was because it came from a different processor.

I've been following this thread for the last couple months. All the information has been much appreciated.
I got my tracking number last Friday from a payout I placed in early May for $1000. I received my check in the mail today. Hopefully I don't run into any problems trying to deposit the check at my bank.
I've been calling them every couple weeks for updates and have been fed the same bullshit excuses and emails. I don't know if me calling helped or not.
I've used TopBet for years and their payout times have gotten worse and worse. I don't think this book is a scam, but it is very obvious they have a cash flow issue right now. Fortunately there are still some suckers that continue to deposit money in this sportsbook because it sounds like they are finally starting to catch up on payouts.
Needless to say, this will be my last experience with TopBet until they prove to be more reliable.

Has anyone made a request in August, or September and gotten paid? I am curious to see if they are actually having processor issues. If they process in 15-20 business days, the people making requests in August or September should have gotten paid by now. If not, than it is 100% lack of funds on their part. I am still confused why anyone would consider re depositing with them when the shortest wait time has been 4 months. I can understand if there starts being consistent reports of people getting paid on time, but they appear to be very far from this still.
I am waiting for deposits sice April 4 and 5 so I hope to God no one is getting paid from August of September requests.

I'm up about $35,000
I have made 3 withdrawal requests for $2,500 on three consecutive Sundays.
On Wednesday of last week they offered to pay me out in Bitcoin... this is when I had a bunch of bets outstanding - but little in the account and $5,000 in cashouts ...
So I think they may have been trying to get me to agree to Bitcoin for the first request - so that I'd turn around and use bitcoin?
Whatever their motive was - Monday was the third business day and I called and they said that it wasn't coming and they didn't know when it would.
So now I've got $7,500 cashed out and $6,000. in cash and like $20,000 in wages waiting for Saturday and Sunday.
Should I continue to cash out every Sunday?
Should I continue making bets?
What's my best play to get even some of this money?
Do they eventually pay?
I was paid years ago ... but it's years ago... pretty worried really.

If they are offering to pay in Bitcoin I would be grabbing it.
Nothing nefarious about that offer. Just means they have funds in it I would guess.
Yeah but in the end the 3 business day Bitcoin processing time - they didn't send it - and said they didn't know when I would be getting paid.
The fact that people were getting paid - and that they seemingly had Bitcoin to pay me out there for a second - make me feel fine - especially because this is the heart of the season when crazy things happen and people lose a ton of money...
So maybe Topbet will start cleaning up and paying out like clockwork
I will keep you posted as to the continued cashout and if I see any money.

The nice thing about this situation with sites like sportsinsight is you can see how the book is doing every week based on which teams are covering the spread - the number of people playing in the tournaments suggests they have a lot of players.

What are you seeing from Topbet as far as the house winning?
Lastly, what is playing the tournaments mean? What kind of tourneys?

Yeah, pretty simple actually. Topbet obviously is a recreational books that likely has few professional players at this point since most professional bettors know the books is slow paying. I think if you look at betting percentages on sites like sports insight you can get a sense for what the books exposure is in most games - obviously they will likely get most of their action on New England and the over Thursday night.
Topbet has free tournaments everyday 5-6 times a day and I think its interesting to look at the players in these tournaments to get a sense for how many players are using the site - before football season there were 25-30 people in the tournmanents, the numbers has now doubled.
