Hi,
last night I asked for a withdrawal that was immediately granted to me without any problems.
This morning I received the following email:
Dear user! Your bets xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx were calculated with correct odd in according with our Terms and Conditions 2.19 "In the event of obviously erroneous odds, such bet shall be settled based on the final result at the effective odds applicable to the certain market".
I logged in and I noticed that there were about 150 euros missing.
I went to see the bets and I saw that the odds were all corrected down.
Bets were about horse racing and were about 02/04, 16/04 and 17/04.
I asked them to tell me the odds that were "obviusly erroneus" but they replied: "Your bets xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx were calculated with correct odd. Have a good game."
Fortunately I have a screenshot of a bet. It is the bet of 17/04. The horse was Roller that i bet at 4.33
I bet it at 4.33 and now they have corrected to 2.5
Was 4.33 an "obviously erroneus odd"? No, it wasn't. Other bookmakers had 4.50, for example.
I have a subscription to a tipster service so i receive a mail with horses, odds and bookmakers that have the odds.
I know that I have never played a higher odd on 1xbet and that the odds I found on 1xbet were about the same of other bookmakers.
Those three bets they say had "obviusly erroneus odds" I played at slightly lower odds than those i saw in other bookmakers.
But how can I claim my rights? If they can, at a distance of days, change any transaction and take away the money saying that odd were obviously erroneus, i cannot defend myself.
What can i do?
Regards
Ponte
