    Pinnacle stole my money

    I recently made a withdrawal through pinnacle which typically takes about one to two banking days for the funds to be deposited into my account. It has now been two weeks and I have not received the funds. I don't know what to do right now. I am absolutely shocked and completely lost. Pinnacle is not responding to my emails. I asked from a confirmation of the deposit so I could forward to my bank that way they could track it. NOTHING. No response. I would very much appreciate any sort of advice at this point.

    You go right to the "stole" card with zero details.... you might want to contact SBR and fill out a complaint form and let them look into it for you

    y'all getting a real good laugh out of this... I am seeking help here! I have a few thousand dollars that are nowhere to be found or tracked for that matter. It should have been in my bank account last week according to Pinnacle rules and guidelines.

    Pinnacle didn't steal your money. They are a top rated book. Fill out an SBR complaint form and they will help get to the bottom of it.
    You gotta understand, when someone comes on SBR and their first post is, "This top rated book stole my money!" no one is going to believe it.

    This withdrawal was made via Instant Banking. It has been 10 days now and I still haven't received it. What could have happened to the deposit?

    Maybe the problem is on bank's side and not pinnacle's.

    Yes i don't think Pinnacle scammed you and they do reply in a timely manner. Did you contact your bank?
