    5k at Bet-ibc.

    Premiumtradings offers a "shark tool" which has all the Betfair odds with a minimum deposit of €500 last time I checked. Not sure if they allow US clients though. Vipsports.eu allows US clients through bitcoin and you get the Betfair odds through their "Mollybet" tool, I don't think they have a minimum deposit.
