    Correct.

Same story. A so-called 1xbet "manager" told the admin/founder of the forum back in April that he will care of the unsolved issues. He never reported back.

I don't understand why SBR doesn't quit the collaboration with those criminals.

I don't understand why you are so pushy about wanting SBR to stop trying to help people who are upset about their situation with 1xbet.

Or how you think it hurts anyone to try.

Guys, having in mind that 1xbet operates under the license 1668/JAZ of Curacao eGaming, when you send emails/complaints to Curacao eGaming (complaints@curacao-egaming.com, compliance@curacao-egaming.com) you should include in the CC some people from UTS (P.deGeus@uts.cw, D.Macaya@uts.cw, R.Engels@uts.cw), Public Prosecutor Office (Guus.schram@omcarib.org, Mirjam.Mol@OMCarib.org, Aydmeline.Dickens@omcarib.org, parket.curacao@OMCarib.org), Ministry of Justice (Ministerie.Justitie@gobiernu.cw) and a local newspaper (info@curacaochronicle.com).

I think that if they receive more complaints about Curacao eGaming and the operators that commit frauds against innocent customers using licence 1668/JAZ, they may put some pressure on Curacao eGaming to solve the problems.

I agree with you but at least SBR blacklisted 1xbet.

Did you know that many affiliates still promote them and make people believe that 1xbet is a top sportsbook ?

It's because of them if 1xbet is still alive ...

As long as someone does put pressure on Curacao eGaming (license provider) to force 1xbet to pay the clients and stop the frauds, the chances to see your money are very small. Considering the amounts they receive from operators, Curacao eGaming has no interest to bother 1xbet or another bookmaker who scams clients...the authorities (Public Prosecutor Office), service providers (UTS is providing the infrastructure, including data center, for the remote gambling operations run from Curacao) or press can put some pressure.

I will contact the people who sent their account number directly as soon as I have any more info.

Yes the manager is still alive. I sent him a couple more IDs today. He replied that he was hopeful for the players involved.

They will ask you a notarized original of a certificate confirming your mental capacity.

You should put pressure on Curacao eGaming to suspend their license in the light of the many complaints and frauds committed by 1xbet.

If they will not pay you, they will lose their license and as a consequence the providers of payment services will have to stop to process payments for them. This way they will be forced to pay you if they want to continue to operate the website/business.

I'll believe it when i see it too Arles.

And kind of expect this will just be another senior manager who comes back with a load of bullshit like "this player has not placed their own bets".

WTF does that even mean really? I think I know what they are trying to say... you are part of a syndicate... well I think that's what that stupid line is supposed to mean. But if they do not offer any justification or evidence for thinking that, as usual, then this is probably the last straw and I will feel like it's time to bash them and do what we can to have that license cancelled too.

But for now, I would much rather wait and see and hope some of these people with outstanding complaints get some sort of satisfaction.

It's all good, but you should not give them too much time. They've had all the time in the world to pay these players. They are obviously scammers and just playing the delay game. I've seen it before way too many times. Every day afloat means more depositors and more people getting scammed.

There becomes a time when trying to help people getting paid will cause more problems than it solves.

As long as they ask me to.

Not sure what action I can personally take anyway. My job is to help people and liase with books on disputes. Should I just stop doing that in protest if they don't get back to us fast enough?

It's starting to seem like some of you guys will be disappointed if some of these guys do get some help here in case it might reflect well on 1xbet.

I don't know whats happening but I promise you guys will be among the first to know as soon as I do know anything more.

I tried to log in and I read this on my account page:

Hello, Please be advised that we have made a decision to stop our cooperation with you and to close your betting account pursuant to Article 32 p.2 of the Rules of our betting company. This decision has been made following a thorough investigation carried out by our security team. As a result of the investigation, we have reason to believe that all bets on sporting events made from this betting account were not placed by you, which is in direct violation of the article specified above. Please do not create any new accounts at our betting company. Considering that your actions are in gross violation of the rules of our company, this decision is final and will not be subject to a review. Any queries received from you regarding the blocking will be ignored by our support team. You can request back the deposit you have made into your account. This request will be approved.

Well, seems like after all the idiotic skype calls sb else was placing my bets? Seriously? Almost €6.000 lost there. And no, I am not professional, just won money long term there, so I should write to bet365, willhill atc. where I have lost so I go even.

This line is what drives so many people crazy, "bets on sporting events made from this betting account were not placed by you".

When a player KNOWS they have clicked the buttons to place every bet it just comes across as 100% proof 1xbet are scammers.

As I said above, I think they actually mean you are part of a betting syndicate (or following a tipster many others, or your friends, also follow) but even if that is true, without any sort of supporting justification or evidence they are asking for people to assume they are just making things up.

See my post #290...send a complaint to Curacao eGaming and put in CC all those people...at least Curacao eGaming will have to suspend their license if they will not resolve your dispute, as they did in my case with 90dakika.com

In you complaint ask them to accept a third party review of your case/account from a provider of independent adjudication services like IBAS.

If you have used Neteller to deposits send them also a complaint and copy Financial Ombudsman in UK and Isle of Man (complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk; ombudsman@iomoft.gov.im). They are not allowed to provide payment services to operators that commit frauds/scams or have the license suspended.

Send them again and ask for an answer/update and why the are allowing 1xbet to continue to scam innocent players...and put in cc also the support team of 1xbet (admin-security@1xbet.com)...if you send them only one email they may ignore it but if you send them 3 per week they will have to reply and do something...especially if other players that have been scammed will do the same.
