If they did not have a licensed issued by the Italian Gambling Authority then 1xbet offered you services illegally and the Italian Authority will force them to pay you the money otherwise Italian Authorities will send a dangerous message for them...anybody can provide services to Italian clients without a local license.

That's why every transaction has to be reversed. Thus you'd get only your deposits back but not your winnings.

It's hard to describe for me as a non-native speaker since I'm not familiar with legal terminology but this is international law. If a transaction is illegal no party has a legal basis for claims. Should 1xbet not refund your deposits they would enrich themselves illegaly.

    Update:

Now Italian Football Federation is underwater for: Italy cannot qualify for Russia 2018 and for official sponsorship of Serie A outside Italy by 1xBet.

Many people are asking Federation to cancel this sponsorship because 1Xbet is not legal sportsbook in Italy and because many people said then don't pay winnings.

I think they will not acquire legal Italian licence, also because Italy go out Russia 2018 and maybe betting in Italy will not be very high.

This is the article (in Italian sorry..)

Nothing. It says ManbetX is a sponsor for the Asian market and 1xbet for the rest of the world. There is no relationship between 1xbet and ManbetX.

As long as they did not have a license to provide services to Italian clients then it's mainly their fault as they should have not accepted clients from Italy and it seems they run an illegal business with the only purpose to take moneys from Italian clients despite the fact they were not authorized to provide you services. When you go in a shop and buy something you assume that the business is legal and you do not check that they have all the authorizations. In this case the main fault is with the bookmaker and secondly with the local authorities (Italian Gambling Commission) who allowed them to provide illegal services and to scam Italian clients.

French players no longer have access to 1xbet.

They say they're trying to get a national (french ?) license, which is impossible ...

    Again, thank you. "

Eli is a good guy and genuinely tries to help. But he can be optimistic. He never stops trying at least.

He has another colleague in his department who also comes across as an exceptionally nice person too. They are a big part of the reason I have kept trying and hoping 1xbet improves.

1xbet has improved in recent times btw. They have started just closing accounts and paying out anything needed fast, where they think they have slam dunk evidence of a breach, instead of putting those people through the long KYC process.

That may not sound like a wonderful thing at first, but it is a real start and hopefully what it will do is bring their KYC process closer to normal books. Where only those with genuine unanswered questions are 2nd level KYCed. This should reduce the load on the security dept and hopefully see faster KYC in general too.

It sounds like he agrees Lonnie. But obviously still has a job as the 1xbet rep to do there and was just reporting the truth after checking.

I think he was kind of brave to respond to that post at all actually

The demand for proof of sanity just made them look insane.

What are you trying to say ?!

You're saying, about my case, that they have evidence of a breach ??

Vic: We're waiting, or do I have to pound it out of you?
Earl Keese: Don't ever speak to me like that in my own house!
    Vic: Why would I?
    Earl Keese: You just did.
    Vic: I didn't mean anything - it's just something a guy says.
Earl Keese: I never say it.
    Vic: I don't blame you.

I got recently (within the last couple of days) an email from an e-wallet promoting 1XBet. I have never got an email from an e-wallet promoting an individual bookie. So it is obvious that 1XBet must be pouring tons of money into advertising.
And the strategy seems to be to get the good reputable companies to promote you, so you seem trustworthy.
And my apologies to you, Optional, if I am wrong, but I do get the impression that 1XBet is getting a lot more tolerance from you than they should.
It is my impression (just my intuition) that 1XBet must be paying SBR to calm down the criticisms. Obviously to say that 1XBet is an honest bookie would be just ridiculous so the strategy agreed is to give the impression that 1XBet is improving and they are deserving of a second chance.
As far as I am concerned, 1XBet is a scam run by Russian gangsters and until all unpaid balances remain unpaid I wouldn't deposit 1 cent there.
And lads, do you really feel safe sending your documents by post to the Russian mafia? You should get your head examined. I understand now that they asked for proof of mental sanity...
I hope this post doesn't get deleted...

I hope you are right, as he stil did not respond to my mails. I'm also still waiting on 1XBET to pay my remaining 5.401,14€.. they keep saying I have 2 accounts.. while I only have one account. They say I registered 2 accounts from the same device (I use a desktop with a fixed IP address and I can proof that before I registered my account, I even haven't even visited their site), as they claim I had registered an account before I registered my real account. This is nothing more than an apparant scam, their license needs to be revoked.

I left SBR forum years ago after the Betislands scandal, but I decided this year to re-join because it's a great platform and some great posters, but I see that no lessons have been learnt by SBR, that history repeats itself, and that money talks.
    So sad...
Optional couldn't even be bothered replying to my post last month, what made my suspicions even more real.

What sort of response was needed? You come here and post that I am corrupt and SBR is on the take from 1xbet.

Would "you're an idiot mate" have left you less suspicious?? Because even that was more than your post deserved.

Well, for a start my post was a lot more polite than yours, but let's forget about the insults for the moment.
All I was saying is that you are accepting a lot of bullshit from 1xbet and that it would make a lot more sense to blacklist them or downgrade them first, and if they clean their act then they can go up again.
The behaviour from 1xbet is totally unacceptable and nothing short of criminal, but nevertheless you keep giving them a chance and telling us they are genuinely trying to help.
As we all know also they are spending a fortune in advertising (TV ,e-wallets, odds comparison sites...) I think SBR should be very careful where it stands in relation to 1xbet because if not is only natural to think that maybe 1xbet is also reaching out to you.
And no need to insult anyone, it doesn't add any strength or conviction to your reply.

it s a fraud. i m a big client of betfair and matchbook. 1xbet required me id passport 4 screenshots of skrill and selfie with id and pc screen with e mail with them. i provided them all. they allowed me to withdraw for two days. then i won blocked again: account not verified. but it was already obviuously verified. then asked for driving licence. i gave them. no answers for days.
