I make a couple of winning bets, but in the end of the day i see that im with negative profit and was strange for me. Thats why i make a investigation of my bets, because i make a lot of bets for couple of days. Of course i write to them, because i think that its a Technical mistake of calculate my winnings. Focusbet Support answer me, that i`m taking some kind of bonus, and in there T&C was that strange point: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 7. The required bonus betting turnover is calculated valid for bets with the stakes not higher than 100 Euro each. If the player bets higher amount than that, the winning is considered illegal. Moreover, in this situation the following applies: If the player places a bet which is higher than the Max Bet defined and wins, the system will calculate consequently: • Valid Bet = Max Bet / Bet • Valid Win = Valid Bet * Win • Illegal Win = Win - Valid Win The Illegal Win will be removed and the rest will be transferred as Win (the player will be credited only with the Valid Win). And when i bet over then 100 EUR (300 EUR for example i lost all 300 EUR) its really strange and not fair. First I NEVER want any bonus from them. There is NO PROMOTION at their site for any bonuses.
