I contactthe community today to find help about 1xbet. I read a lot of things on thisforum about 1xbet problem with frozen account. Well I never had this kind ofissues with them but also since I joined them about 2 years ago I surely lostabout 25-30 K.
The onlyproblem with 1xbet is when you actually have problem and you have to go throughtheir customers support which is the worst I ever seen on a betting website.They give wrong answer, they are only quoting part of the website and after twoemails they tell you that you have been provide with all information!
Wellcurrently I have a problem with multiple withdraw not received.
I contactthem 5 days ago with bank statement and everything like that I just wanted thereference of the wire to provide them to my bank at the beginning they told me Ireceived the wire according to my bank statement which was clearly not the case…
Anywayafter a dozen of emails I finally got the number I was looking for and sentthem to my bank.
1/ My bankretrieve 3 out of 4 wire with the number but charged me with a 8€ fees per wirebecause the problem was “on my side” because 1xbet sent the money through SWIFTand not SEPA contrary to what they usually do and what is written on theirwebsite (swift and sepa are European wire type).
2/ So mostimportant there is still a 100€ wire not received! So I contacted again 1xbet andsince then they only answer “From our side we have sent all funds to your bankaccount. We have provided you with full information.”…. I sent them of courseall the emails from my bank confirming that this wire was not received and thenumber thet provide me with was link with none operation.
Basically1xbet is refusing to help me at all when I sent them all the elements showingthat my request was legitimate.
So today I askyou your help to help me get my money back.
