What makes me even more worried is the fact that their payouts dept won't take any calls.

They've had all the signs of being bust for a while. No surprise if it happens.

I can understand. Some of what I read about them was from your experiences. They have to be one of the worst sportsbooks of all time.

Yeah. You were definitely playing with fire. Their bonuses were really not all that good. You could get the same thing almost anywhere. At least most bust books will answer the phone until the days they close down.

Posing as Sportsbetting.ag for one. They added "online" to their name in hopes that they would be confused with the Betonline sister Book. Common ploy by lesser Books trying to appear as more established outs.

I thought he meant SBR at first too.

A disgruntled rep saying there is actually a date set to go broke... Pull the other one, it plays jingle bells.

Worry about it if it happens Triumph and take 100% of what ANY sportsbook sales rep says to you with a pinch of salt. Half dont know the real story at their company and the other half wont tell the truth unless it benefits them anyway.

Was the guy working for another book and looking for a deposit? Seems strange for someone to proactively contact you to tell you a book is going down. That is real service dedication.

It would not surprise me if they go under but it seems more likely the guy was just looking for an angle on a deposit.

I would definitely get my money out when possible because they do not operate like a book anyone should do business with.

I also would not worry too much about them answering the phone because they do not even answer the phone for people that want to send them money let along people that want to withdraw.

Triumph I hope you find this helpful, this is an email sent to me from , Your sportsbettingonline.agagent Jeff no longer works with our company. He has been stealing player's funds and left us in a very precarious situation. The House has attempted to work with Jeff in a professional manner but he has decided to attempt to trash our name by sending player's an email saying we "are going out of business". Jeff's problem's started over a year ago when he began taking ** and ** deposits direct to himself. We worked very hard during the last year to right the ship for Jeff but his continued lies and theivery are putting our repuation and your funds at risk. We have contacted all of the major internet forums already and let them know about Jeff. Sending money to this agent is dangerous and you will NOT get paid. We do assume responsibility for all money in player's accounts as of February 1st 2017. You will be paid in-full and we would love to continue to have you as a customer. Keep in mind we have received none of the deposit money from player's since the beginning of football but we are not leaving you out to dry because of Jeff's actions. In the future when sending deposits you must use the cashier on the website and under no circumstances send money to Jeff. We have attached at the bottom of this email the correspondance between Jeff and the owner over the last few weeks. Please read it carefully. We hope after reading you will agree his recent attempt to trash the company was just more lies. We have an agent named Jamie who can be reached direct at 866-211-0033 and he will be happy to assist on bonuses, deposits and payouts. Please call Jamie at one of these two numbers 18554643487 or 8662110033 Ive played there for a few years, and never had any problems with them and if I did all I had to do was talk to Jamie or the Owner Dave and they have taken care of it for me, trust me your money is safe there, I have delt with Dave going back to the late 90s. Jamie is a stand up guy as well, either one will be able to take care of any of your concerns, nothing to this

I have been very patient and understanding.

    Just to recap:
You created a mess in the off-season by having players send all the deposits direct to you. When you began to do it we explained if you do this you must handle your own payouts as well. You did not. When we attempted to stop it you then tarnished our name and reputation in the forums by sending erroneous emails to your players that we refused to pay and we were going broke. We both know that is far from the truth.

We discussed the situation like gentleman and I agreed again to help you. Our agreement was that I would handle the payouts for your players even though you took all deposit money. You thanked me and asked if you could get a draw of $2000 a month and I agreed. The money on top of the $2000 all needed to come in-house and we would be fine and your customers would be handled professionally.

You have not lived up to that agreement. You continue to take all the money directly to yourself and your family and have left the office with nothing but handling the payouts. You have collected in excess of the 2k we agreed monthly for the past few months. Your excuse is "you have to live and pay your own bills." Unfortunately, that's not the way it works in the real world.

You make an agreement you stick to it. We have gone above and beyond to fix your mess but you continue to manipulate. You are taking advantage of us and your customers.

You may not know this but I have been offshore for 15 years. I have seen and heard it all. I have been accused of slow-pay but never ever no-pay. I run an honest operation in a very competitive difficult industry. I will not allow you to create a situation where your players hard-earned funds are in jeopardy because you cant live up to an agreement.

With that said I need you to confirm to me today asap that going forward no more than 2k draw will be taken by you until your players are paid in full and the 50k+ you owe the office has been paid back.

Ill wait for your response. No customers will be credited money sent to you until this is confirmed by you by email.

Please respond to Dave, until then if your clients want money in there accts it must be sent to the house.

Do you have a response for me? Trying once again to help but getting little in return.

If your gonna screw me by breaking the deal and sticking me with a 50k red I need to know immediately.

I understand you need to survive and I was very generous allowing you to take down 2k a month even after you emailed your players with lies. Please let me know how you want to proceed.

    Dave

    Jeff

I waited for weeks to hear back from you.

I'm sitting with a 50-60k red figure with very little hopes of getting it back.

Here is the new deal so I can protect my company and the players you have brought to the table:

All money comes to the house 100% including today's deposit from xxxxx. Every two weeks you will get a 1k draw as long as at least 4k in total deposits comes in monthly. Xxxx will drop your 1k off every two weeks which starts today. If we don't get at least 4k in total deposits monthly you do not get any draw until it is made up for previous month.

Hope this works. Its ashame you did not stick to the original deal.

My priority now is getting your players paid even though I haven't received any deposits. If I have to do that without you I will but I am offering this last chance.

Jamie handles your account now. He is charge of helping me recover the money I am out as well as ensuring all your players get paid.

This is the last chance. If you don't agree dont bother messaging me back again because I've had enough broken deals and getting ****** on the forums while you take all the players funds.

    Dave

Seems like if people just blackball these rotten agents it would solve a lot of issues. They should make a Sportsbook black book for agents like they do blackjack players

This could explain why its taking 3 weeks for 2 of my non-Bitcoin payouts to be processed. They have been "accepted" for weeks and taken out of my account but Customer Service keeps putting it on the Processing department as to why it is taking so long. Haven't had any issues with them until the past month or so, its disappointing and they are worthy of there D rating right now.
