    Carib took a ridiculous high fee from me for a Neteller deposit 1 or 2 years ago, i had to send memos for days about how how much that sucks to get it back. Needless to say i never looked back after i got out again for good.
    One of those books that can hit you with some bullshit you'd never expect, reminds me of BetPhx.

    I find it ridiculous that they're doing this sort of stuff in response over ~71 dollars. Instead of doing the right thing, they're just continually trying to dig in and insist that they're theft is justified. Luckily, I have plenty of spare time with CBB winding down.

    Cliff Notes -

    If you read my previous post in this thread and all of Thremp's posts, it should be clear that both Thremp and I had a similar experience, leading to the following conclusions:

    1) Lou does not read emails/info sent to him.

    He read perhaps one sentence of my email , from a 5 sentence email.
    From Thremp's posts it appears that after weeks Lou still hasn't read Thremp's email/info (Perhaps he skimmed a few sentences).

    2) Lou does not follow thru.

    I sent him 3 emails and he never followed thru. He also never let me know that he wouldn't be following thru.
    What I was asking would've taken a slow person 5 minutes, but many could've handled my request in 1.

    According to Thremp's previous posts in this thread, he had to prod Lou repeatedly to try to get any response.
    And apparently when Lou finally did get involved, he made things worse due to not having read (all of) Thremp's info.

    I think its a deep seated desire to not even give a ****. There is no way to be this ****ing stupid. I didn't use any big words. The ideas aren't complicated. He just doesn't want to read what I wrote and/or help without a nigh superhuman effort on my part. Apparently, disputes can't be handed off to someone else either because he is refusing to do that as well.

    I just searched for my own posts, and only found the posts I made today.

    At any rate - I just realized I had one previous dealing with Lou, and the same problem surfaced.

    There is a "(Monthly) Live Payout Report" sticky thread in this forum, for posting all payouts received from sportsbooks.

    About 6 months ago, I posted, suggesting that it would be helpful if posters would mention if they are located in the USA or not, as there are many more payment problems in the USA.
    I suggested that the Mod of that thread - Lou - post that as a suggestion in the first post of the thread.

    Lou responded by posting that he cannot force posters to reveal where they live and/or he posted that he is not allowed to reveal where posters reside.

    Again it was a case of not having read/paid attention to my 2 sentence suggestion.
    I responded that my post (clearly) was not asking him to FORCE posters to state where they are based , nor asking that he REVEAL it - just that he SUGGEST it.

    Typically, there was no response from him after that.
    (Nor did he ever utilize the suggestion).

    You should see some of his posts before he started working for SBR. Sadly he deletes the threads when I bump them now.

    Carib has stated that they've reimbursed $110.98 in withdrawal fees to the player. Although a memo to the player was produced by Carib, they cannot decide to add fees to a withdrawal after a deposit is made.

    I appreciate the interest taken by everyone here. Pending player confirmation, the dispute will be closed.

    Carib has a second outstanding case where a bet on +10 was canceled after a player had the favorite on the ML. It's these kinds of cases that are ugly, and ultimately make for these juicy forum threads.

    We're in discussion with Carib on this case, and ask that anyone with a gripe against Carib that has not yet done so submit a sportsbook complaint form.

    Wow I'm pretty much at a loss on who to trust anymore. Many problems with even some of the A+ books on here. I recognize Thremp from 2+2 where he is just as bashful and so modest

    Regardless of how you address books have no right to take your money or pull this kind of stunt. Sometimes I just want to say forget it.
