on 5/12 i tried to make a withdrawal and was declined by pinnacle

i was very unhappy coz firstly i recently ran into a bit of financial crisis and really needed that money, secondly they locked my account totally without any notification and thirdly its not the first time it has happened. i only uploaded proof of residency at first but then they want me to verified id, credit card, everythin (which i already did twice in the past yr) and on 10/12 (5 freaking days later) my account was finially verified.
"Dear Pinnacle Client,Thank you for submitting your valid ID and/or proof of address. No further documentation is required at this time. We have now fully reinstated your account access. We appreciate your cooperation.Regards,Compliance Department / Pinnaclewww.pinnacle.com"
i tried to make withdrawal on the same day and was declined (10/12)

then i tried to withdraw $459.78 NZD and was declined (you jst freakin told me i'm able to withdraw 460.01 NZD)
"Dear Pinnacle Client,Your withdrawal request was declined. The reason we declined your withdrawal is you made a deposit and are now requesting a withdrawal without rolling (wagering) your deposit the minimum stated on our site, (three times)."
i went to my account to check my last deposit was on 2/12 for 449.78 since then i've made wager of 2580.29, that's nearly 6 times of the deposit. i sent an email to their customer service, which they claim is open 24/7 a day 7days a week, and they finally replied on 12/12
"Dear Client, Please be informed that you have met the rollover requirement. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. You may now resubmit your withdrawal request amounting to 459.78 NZD. We appreciate your cooperation. Best regards,"
jst a minute later they sent me another email
"Dear Client, Please be advised, that you can only roll-over your deposit after it has been made and after previous deposits have been rolled over. Any wagers placed before making deposit obviously don't count towards its rollover and deposits are being counted, for roll-over purposes, in order they come in.Your deposit from 12/2/2016 for 449.78 hasn't been rolled over yet."
i tried to withdraw again after i received these 2 emails and was declined...

does anyone has the same problem with pinnacle? they may have the best odds but their customer service is really really bad.
