    10bet and Betrally problems

    Hi folks!
I started to play with 10bet more than a month ago. Soon after that I opened accounts on its associated betting sites Betrally and Realdealbet. 10bet and Betrally went well and money was multiplied on both. But I found 10bet to be a less fun gaming experience why I wanted to withdraw the whole amount from it and instead focus on Betrally (more nice site). The transaction wasn't approved, first I had to send a document notarized by a lawyer to Malta. As for me a little exaggerated but not much to complain about. At meantime they closed all of my accounts. After the document was delivered I´ve mailed them many times asking for my money and to reopen the accounts. But 10bet seems to ignore my questions and worry. Instead of taking actions or giving answer they just ask for my patience and understanding. Unfortunately they don't seem to understand me. After 10 days I got back the initial capital from 10bet but nothing else has happened with the profit or other accounts.

My questions to you: should I be worried? Any advice on how the get all the money back?

If they have refunded your deposit then it sounds like they don't want your business and think you have broken a rule. So I would be concerned.

You are welcome to submit an SBR Sportsbook Complaint but from previous experience they will say their license requires them to not speak to anyone but you and the MGA. Shoot one in though.

You will probably also need to appeal to the MGA directly at http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

Thanks for answer, I'll wait some days longer before filing a complaint.
The story is actually much longer but I tried to keep it short. My debit card didn't accept insertment except for a refund of the original payment. Stupid to use that card. Therefore the withdraw was divided between card and bank account. The tirst transaction took 10 days.
But my frustration is regarding their lack of pace, it's like every chance they have to slow up they take. It's sad.

Ive always found them very slow to respond and they take their time on the first payout, but once you get through that one everything else goes pretty smoothly.
