How long does it take SBR to reply to a complaint?

    Hello,

    As above.

I filled out the complaint form last Monday and got a auto-acknowledgement. Since then I've heard nothing.
I've send an email to the help email address and that hasn't been replied to either.

Strange because reading the news articles on the site it appears that other users have gotten their complaints through, and on the basis of it, my complaint is waiting from a withdraw from a little longer back (end of October) and for a little bit more money.

Just wondering what I have done to get the cold shoulder? Is it because my complaint is against an 'A' rated book, therefore these guys get more time before SBR prints a story against them?

Either way it would have been nice to receive a reply from SBR...
