hey guys - just been scr**ed by betphoenix - i shall see if they fix the situation soon.
I am calling on the phone and the customer support tells me the name of the ** receiver and confirms that the money and the bonus will be credited to my account within 45 minutes.
An hour after i go and check online and there is less money in my account then deposited and no bonus - i call them in and they say oh, we are sorry but our ** processor is closed today so u will get your bonus tomorrow.
Why the hell do i need a bonus on a weekday if the bulk of games is on the weekend?
i ve called in and explain how dissatisfied i am and my balance has been adjusted but no bonus yet.
The senior dude calls me and says ** is down in the country and they will let me have a 50 dollar wager from the turkey promo but they wont give me 200% percent bonus until tomorrow

got ahold of their chief manager guy, he solved it no problem and credited the money now.
seems like a nice book
