frustrations with sportsbetting.ag/betonline (wager graded wong)

they need 24 hours for a resolution? at a normal book it would take 15 minutes after being informed. An hour would be a long time. 13 hours and counting............. They are acting as if fixing their mistake would be a huge favor to me. Frustrating to deal with!

    Hi bubba,

Was this a prop bet? What sport?

Feel free to send in your account ID with the details to help@sportsbookreview.com so we can ask BetOnline to take a look.

its nfl total sacks by seahwaks defense last night. bet is under 2.5 graded a loss. was just fixed this minute. mistakes happen, but i feel saying 24 hours and taking 14 hours to fix is unreasonable time frame and does not make me feel like a valued customer.

14 hours means you contacted them around midnight ET?

Not the worst CS have I seen, to take a few hours after office opening to sort it out, really.

I am sure it's not whether they value you personally or not. Just how long it took for the right person to review the result and make a decision. Grading changes can affect a lot of people so they aren't usually decided instantly. ;-)

yes i contacted them around midnight. a simple "we will work it out in morning" would strongly be preferred to telling me 24 hours. then when i contact them around noon, they quote 24 hours again. i understand its not instant, but it actually shouldnt take more than 1/2 hour durring working hours (not counting the overnight) to fix these mistakes or at least admit a mistake was made.

Stop moaning about such a tiddly issue. Whether it's 2 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours or whatever, as long as it gets sorted in the end, it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

And you're completely deluded if you think any bookmaker sees you as a "valued customer".All they see you as is simply a cash cow that they are continually trying to milk as much as possible.

so books have no obligation to grade wagers in a timely matter? makes sense. i guess if you arent grading winners in a timely matter, we can forget about payouts in a timely matter too. cant get payouts if everything is PENDING or even more annoying graded wrong. perfect sense, thanks for adding to the discussion.

As I said, they have fixed the issue, but especially for high volume prop players like myself, wagers graded as losers is especially annoying. I cant always catch them and the onus should be on the book to grade them correctly and within a few hours of the event ending. maybe my standards are unreasonable.

As long as the book sorts out the issue, the timeframe isn't really an issue as long as the book sorts out the issue in the end. Obviously if it took them a week to sort it out, that's unreasonable, but you're complaining about them saying they would take 24 hours, and if any dispute or anything is dealt with within 24 hours, then there's really nothing for you to be complaining about in the grand scheme of things.

You should always be catching misgraded bets, as you should be keeping screenshots and detailed spreadsheet records of your bets and updating them as you go to check you've been paid out correctly. You can't trust the bookmaker to always get it right.

I respectfully disagree with you. WHile misgraded bets do happen, I think its a very bad optic to be misgraded for many hours after being informed of the problem.
