1xbet can be frustrating with the extent of their KYC procedure but a selfie with ID next to your face is not fraud. Everyone hates it but it is normal at every book if you are taken past level 1 KYC.

And if they think you may have used multiple accounts then it really is 100% normal.

They are slow and annoying to deal with for KYC but honestly it does not sound like you have anything too abnormal going on here. If you have not opened more than one account just give them the ID and selfie they ask for and there is a good chance everything will be fine.
